Celebrating
the season of love, The Ajman Palace managed by HMH – Hospitality Management
Holdings, rolled out the red carpet with a grand dinner for 23 orphans from Al-Nafa Foundation for Humanitarian Work and Charity. Organised
under the kind patronage of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al Qassimi, Chairman
& CE, MANAFA LLC. and hosted by Mr Laurent A. Voivenel, CEO of HMH, it
turned out to be fairytale evening for the children aged between six and 13
years.
Taking
the time from his extraordinarily busy schedule Mr Voivenel was personally on
site to oversee all arrangements. Commenting on the initiative he said, “We at
HMH have always subscribed to the view that a successful business does not just
create value for its investors and associates, but must also deliver a lasting
and positive impact on the community it operates within. We embrace our responsibility to make a
difference and create a positive impact on our social landscape – delivering
greater value to all our stakeholders and the community at large. Al-Nafa
Foundation for Humanitarian Work and Charity is doing a commendable job for the
less fortunate and under privileged and we are glad to support them. It was
wonderful to see the beautiful smiles on the children’s faces. It was worth our
every effort to give them this moment of happiness”.
Offering an unprecedented level of luxury, with
captivating views of the Arabian Gulf, The Ajman Palace is a destination unto
itself. A magical experience awaited the children as they entered the alluring
heritage resort. From the most gorgeous
set-up to fabulous culinary delights, games and gifts, every detail was looked
into making it a memorable evening for the kids. But the biggest surprise was
the presence of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal
Al Qassimi who came in specially to dine with the children.
Leading the children was Mr. Ayman S. Khamees, General
Manager, Al-Nafa Foundation for Humanitarian Work & Charity. “Our

provide quality education to children, who have endured a lot of hardship and
trauma at a very early age, for a happier and fulfilling future. We are

Al-Nafa
Foundation for Humanitarian Work & Charity is a private charity run by
Faisal Holding for over 17 years.
The organisation has been involved in a host of noteworthy charitable
activities across the UAE and abroad. These include distributing ‘Zakat’ to
more than 4000 needy families every year as well as offering ‘Sadaqah’ and
‘Wakaf’ by building schools, mosques and offices for the less privileged and
engaging in other acts of generosity.
Al-Nafa
Foundation for Humanitarian Work & Charity also provides educational
support to orphans and other economically weak children. It currently runs two
schools in the UAE namely Al Manama Private School in Ajman that has been in
operation for the last 15 years and accommodates 500 children from classes one
to nine and the newly launched Al Salaf School in Ras Al Khaimah that has 600
students enrolled from one to 12th standard. Both are non-profit institutions
with many children receiving free education.

احتفالا بموسم الحب، قام ذا عجمان بالاس
تحت إدارة أتش أم أتش – هوسبيتاليتي مانجمانت هولدينجز، بمد البساط الأحمر ترحيبا
باستضافة حفل عشاء ضم 23 يتيما من مؤسسة النفع للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية. نظم
حفل العشاء تحت الرعاية الكريمة من سمو الشيخ محمد بن فيصل القاسمي، رئيس مجلس
الإدارة والمسئول التنفيذي لمؤسسة منافع واستضافه لوران أ. فوافنيل، الرئيس
التنفيذي لمؤسسة أتش أم أتش، وكان أشبه بأمسية من القصص الخيالية بالنسبة للأطفال
الذين تراوحت أعمارهم بين 6 و13 سنة.
وعلى الرغم من جدول أعماله شديد
الازدحام، حضر فوافنيل شخصيا إلى الفندق للإشراف على كل الترتيبات. ومعلقا على
المبادرة، قال: "نحن في أتش أم أتش أيدنا دائما وجهة النظر القائلة إن
الأعمال الناجحة ليست فقط تلك التي تحقق قيمة لمستثمريها وشركائها، لكنها أيضا
التي تقدم تأثيرا دائما وإيجابيا على المجتمع الذي تعمل في إطاره. نحن نرحب

يعتبر ذا عجمان بالاس مقصدا في حد ذاته
بما يوفره من مستوى غير مسبوق من الرفاهية، مع مشاهد آسرة للخليج العربي. وكان في
انتظار الأطفال تجربة ساحرة وهم يخطون إلى المنتجع التراثي البديع. بدءا من الزينة
الرائعة للمكان إلى الأطباق الشهية المتميزة، الألعاب والهدايا، كل تفصيلة كانت
تلقى كل عناية لتكون أمسية لا تنسى للأطفال. لكن أكبر مفاجأة كانت حضور سمو الشيخ
محمد بن فيصل القاسمي شخصيا ليتناول العشاء من الأطفال.
اصطحب الأطفال أيمن س. خميس، المدير
العام مؤسسة النفع للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية. وقال: "هدفنا في مؤسسة النفع
للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية أن نوفر تعليما راقيا للأطفال، الذي جابهوا الكثير من
المصاعب والصدمات في سن مبكرة للغاية، لكي نمنحهم مستقبلا أكثر سعادة ورضاء. نحن
ممتنون للغاية لمؤسسة أتش أم أتش وذا عجمان بالاس لتنظيمهما هذه الأمسية
الاستثنائية وتخصيصهم الوقت لتشجيع الأطفال اليوم".

مؤسسة النفع
للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية مؤسسة خاصة تديرها مؤسسة فيصل القابضة منذ أكثر من 17
عاما. المؤسسة شاركت في مجموعة من الأنشطة الخيرية الجديرة بالإهتمام في أنحاء
الإمارات العربية المتحدة وخارجها. من بين الأنشطة توزيع الزكاة على أكثر من 4000
أسرة محتاجة سنويا وتقديم الصدقة والوقف لإنشاء المدارس، المساجد والمكاتب من أجل
الأشخاص الأقل حظا والمشاركة في أعمال خيرية أخرى.
كما تقوم
مؤسسة النفع للأعمال الخيرية والإنسانية بتقديم دعم تعليمي للأيتام وغيرهم من
الأطفال الذي يواجهون صعوبات اقتصادية. وتقوم المؤسسة في الوقت الحالي بإدارة
مدرستين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة هما مدرسة المنامة الخاصة في عجمان التي
مارست نشاطها على مدار 15 عاما ماضية، وتستقبل 500 طفل من الصف الأول إلى التاسع
ومدرسة السلف التي أقيمت حديثا في راس الخيمة وتضم 600 من الطلاب من الصف الأول
إلى الثاني عشر. المدرستان مؤسستان لا تسعيان للربح والكثير من الأطفال يتلقون
تعليمهم مجانا.
