Over 60 per cent of UAE organizations eyeing new recruits through mid-2013

Recruitment professionals report that as much as 60 per cent of UAE employers will be seeking recruits through the first half of 2013. ALHOSN University, a leading Abu Dhabi-based university dedicated to high-quality, value-based education, is joining the 5th Al Ain Education & Career Fair to capitalize on the employment and networking opportunities being opened up by the positive local and regional job market outlook.
ALHOSN is a regular supporter and participant of the fair, which runs from today, Monday, April 22, 2013 to April 24, 2013 in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. University representatives will discuss the growing demand for applicants with skill sets relevant to management, engineering, marketing, and education. They will also explain how the university’s philosophy of ‘global knowledge with local vision’ can help students achieve productive careers while making valuable contributions to their respective communities. The university will offer career opportunities within the organization itself as well.
Having previously been declared as ‘The Year of Emiratisation,’ 2013 is expected to bring particularly abundant employment opportunities for Emirati applicants. Last year, ALHOSN University became the first private university in Abu Dhabi to receive accreditation from the US-based Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. (ABET) for its BSc degree program in Civil Engineering. It was also the first time that any university in the UAE has received ABET accreditation for its BSc programs in Industrial and Software Engineering.

أكثر من 60% من المؤسسات الإماراتية تتطلع إلى الاستعانة بموظفين جدد خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري

تشارك جامعة الحصن، المؤسسة التعليمية الرائدة في مجال توفير التعليم النوعي والمتميز ومقرها أبوظبي، في معرض العين الخامس للتعليم والتوظيف للاستفادة من فرص التوظيف والتواصل التي تتيحها التوقعات الإيجابية لسوق التوظيف على الصعيدين المحلي والإقليمي. يأتي ذلك في وقت يشير فيه متخصصو التوظيف إلى أن 60% من أصحاب العمل في دولة الإمارات يسعون إلى الاستعانة بموظفين جدد خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري.
وتعد جامعة الحصن من الداعمين والمشاركين المعتادين في هذا المعرض، والذي يقام خلال الفترة من 22 إلى 24 أبريل/نيسان في مدينة العين. وسيناقش ممثلون عن الجامعة مسألة الطلب المتزايد على المتقدمين لوظائف من ذوي المهارات في مجالات الإدارة والهندسة والتسويق والتعليم، ودور الجامعة في مساعدة الطلبة على الحصول على فرص عمل مجزية مع تقديم إسهامات قيمة لمجتمعاتهم. وستقوم الجامعة بعرض الفرص الوظيفية المتاحة لديها أيضاً.
وبعد إعلانه عاماً للتوطين، يتوقع أن يتيح العام الجاري فرصاً وظيفية عديدة لا سيما للمتقدمين من المواطنين الإماراتيين. وفي حين يعطي أصحاب العمل أولوية لعوامل مثل المهارة والخبرة، فإن العديد من الشركات في دولة الإمارات تتطلع أيضاً إلى توظيف خريجين إماراتيين جدد من ذوي القدرات المتميزة والطموح الكبير. كما ستناقش جامعة الحصن مدى إسهام برامجها في مساعدة المواطنين الإماراتيين على تحقيق أهدافهم الوظيفية وإعدادهم ليكونوا قادة حكوميين وصناعيين في المستقبل.

وباتت جامعة الحصن في العام الماضي أول جامعة خاصة في أبوظبي تحصل على الاعتماد الأكاديمي من مجلس الاعتماد الأمريكي للهندسة والتكنولوجيا (ABET) لبرنامجها في بكالوريوس الهندسة المدنية. كما كانت أول جامعة خاصة على مستوى دولة الإمارات تحصل على هذا الاعتماد عن برنامجيها في بكالوريوس الهندسة الصناعية وهندسة البرمجيات.

وتأسست جامعة الحصن في العام 2005 من قبل شركة أبوظبي القابضة استجابة لتزايد الطلب المحلي على مؤسسات التعليم عالية الجودة. وتوفر الجامعة حالياً 12 برنامجاً خاصاً بدرجة البكالوريوس و7 برامج خاصة بالدراسات العليا ضمن كلية الهندسة والعلوم التطبيقية وكلية الأعمال وكلية الآداب والعلوم الاجتماعية. وتستقبل الجامعة الطلبة من مختلف الجنسيات، بالإضافة إلى الطلبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. وتم اعتماد كافة البرامج الدراسية في "جامعة الحصن" من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في دولة الإمارات.
