Al-Khaleej Group and Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. have given out long-service awards to 120 employees during the recent annual staff recognition ceremony held at the Al-Gosaibi Hotel in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The awarding ceremony served as one of the highlights of Alfalak’s annual party, which was attended by Board Members, senior businessmen, bank managers and clients.
Aslam Kamran Khan, who received the award for 30 years of service, and Carlito Manuel, a recipient of the 25-year service award, led the list of awardees. There were also four who received the 20 years service award, 13 staff for 15 years, 19 staff for 10 years, and 82 staff for five years. Moreover, 8 special ‘Employee of the Year’ awards were also distributed at the event. Agnello Fernandes and his team were honoured with the ‘Best Performing Division’ award for Alfalak Distribution; Ahmed Gaber and Savio Fernandes were both given ‘Employee of the Year’ awards; and Mujahid Usman Butt was presented the ‘Best Team Player’ award for Manpower Support. The ‘Best Sales Executive’ award was given to Mirza Shujathullah Baig, Rafiq Jamal, Anan Anani and Hazem Darkazanli.

سلمت "مجموعة الخليج" و"شركة الفلك للمعدات والتجهيزات الإلكترونية" جوائز الخدمة الطويلة لـ 120 موظفاً خلال حفل التكريم السنوي للموظفين والذي أقيم مؤخراً في فندق القصيبي في مدينة الخُبر في المملكة العربية السعودية. ويعد حفل توزيع الجوائز أحد أبرز فعاليات الحفل السنوي لشركة "الفلك"، الذي حضره أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وكبار رجال الأعمال ومدراء البنوك والعملاء.
وتصدر لائحة اللذين تم تكريمهم أسلم كمران خان لعمله لمدة 30 عاماً، وكارليتو مانويل لعمله لمدة 25 عاماً. كما كان هناك أربعة مكرمين ممن عملوا لمدة 20 عاماً، و13 موظفاً لمدة 15 عاماً و19 موظفاً لمدة 10 سنوات و82 موظفاً لمدة خمس سنوات. وعلاوة على ذلك، تم خلال الحدث تسليم 8 جوائز خاصة لفئة "أفضل موظف لهذا العام". وتم كذلك تكريم أغنيلو فيرنانديز وفريقه بجائزة "القسم الأفضل أداءً" في شركة "الفلك للتوزيع"؛ وتم منح كل من أحمد جابر وسافيو فيرنانديز جائزة "أفضل موظف لهذا العام"؛ في حين حصل مجاهد عثمان بوت من قسم "دعم القوى العاملة" على جائزة "أفضل عضوفي الفريق". أما جائزة "أفضل مسؤول مبيعات" فتم منحها لكل من ميرزا شوجاتو الله بايج ورفيق جمال و عنان عناني وحازم دركازنلي.
