الاقتصاد الأخضر يتصدر أولويات أجندة مجلس المناطق الحرة بدبي

 

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 26 مارس 2023: بحث مجلس المناطق الحرة بدبي برئاسة سمو الشيخ أحمد بن سعيد آل مكتوم، رئيس المجلس، أجندة دبي الاقتصادية D33 بجعلها ضمن أهم 3 مدن اقتصادية على مستوى العالم، ومضاعفة حجم اقتصادها في السنوات العشر المقبلة، وأكد دوره بالتزامه نحو تحقيق مستهدفات الأجندة بمبادرات مختلفة. كما ناقش المجلس خطة عمله في ظل استعدادات الدولة لاستضافة القمة المناخية العالمية المتمثلة بمؤتمر الأطراف بشأن المناخ "كوب28" في مدينة إكسبو دبي، بالإضافة إلى المبادرات التطويرية لباقات التسهيلات والخدمات في المناطق الحرة لتحسين تجربة المستثمرين الأجانب. كما ناقش المجلس آليات التنسيق المباشر مع مجلس تنمية الموارد البشرية الإماراتية في حكومة دبي لاستقطاب الكفاءات الإماراتية إلى شركات المناطق الحرة، وعددا من المواضيع التي تتعلق بقطاعات الأعمال في المناطق الحرة.

خطة استراتيجية لإدارة الطلب على الطاقة

وبحث المجلس مخرجات خطة "استراتيجية إدارة الطلب على الطاقة" الرامية لتقليل وتحسين الطلب على الكهرباء والطاقة وتحقيق الاستدامة، بما يسهم في تحقيق رؤية القيادة الرشيدة بترسيخ ريادة دبي وبناء مجتمعات مبتكرة صديقة للبيئة. وتعد استراتيجية المجلس خريطة طريق وبادرة استباقية للمساهمة في مبادرات NET ZERO ضمن المبادرة الاستراتيجية للحياد المناخي 2050، وبالتزامن مع استضافة الدولة إلى كوب 28 وعام الاستدامة.

وتستهدف الاستراتيجية إلى توفير 30٪ في استهلاك الطاقة والمياه بحلول عام 2030 للمناطق الحرة والشركات، والمساهمة في منح قيمة مضافة للأعمال. كما استعرضت مخرجات الاستراتيجية آليات إدخال تقنيات وعمليات الابتكار والتوعية حول خفض الطلب على الطاقة والاستدامة، وتوفير الموارد والأدوات والبرامج، وتطوير السياسات وخفض البصمة الكربونية بالمناطق الحرة، بالتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية المعنية.

باقات خدمية موحدة

وبحث المجلس مقترح توحيد تسمية وتصنيف الخدمات على مستوى المناطق الحرة بدبي وذلك وفقاً للمنهجية المعتمدة لبرنامج نموذج دبي والتي تقدم في شكل باقات؛ بما يسهم في تبسيط الخدمات والارتقاء بمستوى القنوات الخدمية داخل المناطق الحرة ويعزز تلبية احتياجات وتوقعات المتعاملين ويرفع مستويات رضاهم. 

استقطاب الكفاءات الإماراتية

ناقش المجلس أهمية استقطاب الكفاءات الإماراتية للعمل في شركات المناطق الحرة بدبي، مستعرضاً المبادرات والإنجازات التي تمت خلال الفترة الماضية، مؤكداً مواصلة التنسيق مع سلطات المناطق الحرة لتشجيع شركاتها على تبني مبادرات توظيف المواطنين والاستفادة من الإمكانيات والحوافز الحكومية كبرنامج "نافس"، لافتاً إلى أهمية دعم هذه المبادرات واستمرار تعاون فرق العمل مع مجلس الموارد البشرية الإماراتية في حكومة دبي لتحقيق أفضل النتائج وتمكين جيل جديد من الكفاءات الإماراتية الرائدة في مختلف القطاعات ضمن المناطق الحرة بدبي.
