دبي تستضيف أكثر من 36 ألف متخصصاً عالميًا في أول حدث حضوري لقطاع البناء والتشييد منذ عامين

حضر 36، 386 ألف متخصصًا في مجال الأعمال، معرض الخمسة الكبار في دبي، أكبر المعارض في قطاع البناء والتشييد في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، حيث عاد المعرض من جديد ليكون الحدث الحضوري الوحيد الذي يربط بين صناعة البناء العالمية في عام 2021

تم مشاركة أكثر من 1200 شركة عارضة من أكثر من 50 دولة، بما في ذلك 20 جناحاً وطنياً

يعود معرض الخمسة الكبار في نسخته الثالثة والأربعين في الفترة الممتدة من 18 إلى 21 سبتمبر 2022 على أرض مركز دبي التجاري العالمي

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 22 سبتمبر 2021: استقبل معرض الخمسة الكبار، أكبر حدث في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا وجنوب آسيا وأكثرها تأثيرًا في صناعة البناء والتشييد، الأسبوع الماضي أكثر من 36000 متخصص في هذا المجال، مما أعاد مجتمع الأعمال إلى العمل حضورياً لأول مرة منذ بداية الجائحة قبل عامين.

وبهذه المناسبة قالت جوسين هيجمانز، مديرة محفظة المعارض في شركة «دي إم جي للفعاليات»، الجهة المنظمة للمعرض: "لقد حقق معرض الخمسة الكبار نجاحًا رائعًا هذا العام، ويسعدنا أن نعود مرة أخرى بشكل حضوري، فلقد أعاد تنوع المشاركة وجودتها تأكيد طلب الصناعة على الأحداث التجارية الحضورية والنشاط المزدهر في المعرض يظهر أن قطاع البناء في المنطقة مهيأ جيدًا للتعافي والانتعاش من جديد بعد تأثير جائحة كوفيد-19".

ربط الحدث الذي استمر لأربعة أيام، وافتتحه سمو الشيخ منصور بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، رئيس مجلس دبي الرياضي، المهندسين والمهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين ومديري المشاريع في المنطقة بأكثر من 1200 جهة عارضة من أكثر من 50 دولة، كما وفر المعرض الوصول إلى أحدث منتجات البناء والحلول الموضوعة لتسريع نمو السوق.

وأضافت هيجمانز قائلة: “لقد كانت مهمتنا الأولى والأهم في معرض الخمسة الكبار لهذا العام هي دعم صناعة البناء ودفعها إلى الأمام أكثر أهمية من أي وقت مضى هذا العام سواءً كان عرض المنتجات المبتكرة أو تقديم فرص تنمية المهارات أو استضافة المنتديات الحية للحوار التدريجي".

ولأول مرة هذا العام تم إطلاق منصة افتراضية لمعرض الخمسة الكبار عبر الإنترنت، حيث توفر المفتوحة من 16 إلى 17 نوفمبر الفرصة لمجتمع البناء العالمي لإعادة المشاركة وإبرام الصفقات ومتابعة المحادثات التجارية الحيوية والوصول إلى أحدث محتوى من المتحدثين الدوليين في المعرض.

يرى فاروق مانجيرا، المدير العام في شركة الوصيف للصناعات أن أيام Reconnect الافتراضية عبر الانترنت هي مرحلة حيوية في المعرض اليوم ووسيلة لدخول أسواق جديدة، حيث علق قائلاً: "لقد استقبلنا في جناحنا زوارًا من العراق والأردن وعمان وأفريقيا وغيرهم، وأنا متأكد من أن نسخة المعرض الافتراضية التي ستنعقد في شهر نوفمبر القادم ستساعدنا بشكل كبير في هذه الأسواق الجديدة، فلقد تم تدريب فريقنا على استخدام هذا النظام لمقابلة العملاء عبر الإنترنت لعرض منتجاتنا ولإظهار هويتنا".

Integrated solutions address global navigation satellite system test requirements defined by 3GPP and major US carriers

As a result, existing users of Keysight's 5G device test solutions can easily address GNSS-related 3GPP protocol conformance and carrier acceptance test requirements by upgrading the software in Keysight's E7515B UXM 5G Wireless Test Platform and combining it with Orolia's GSG-8 simulator.

CGTN: China leads green development, vows no new coal-fired power projects abroad

 

BEIJING, Sept. 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/Knowledge Bylanes -- After pledging to strive to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060, China has taken another remarkable and practical step in pursuing green development.

China will step up support for other developing countries in promoting green and low-carbon energy and will not build new coal-fired power projects abroad, announced President Xi Jinping at the general debate of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) via video on Tuesday.

This is not surprising but of great significance, as China has previously cooperated with several countries along the routes of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) towards "greening" the initiative.

Global development initiative

Phasing out coal investments would be promising to reduce carbon emissions, which pose a threat to the United Nations' (UN) Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, especially Goal 13 on climate action.

Besides decreasing coal-fired power projects, China has pledged an additional $3 billion of international assistance in the next three years to support developing countries in responding to COVID-19 and promoting economic and social recovery.

"Development holds the key to people's well-being," Xi said, adding that countries need to work together to steer global development towards a new stage of balanced, coordinated and inclusive growth.

Beijing has highlighted its willingness to work with the international community, including the United States, to jointly advance global environmental governance.

For instance, through joint partnership, China has established the Belt and Road Initiative International Green Development Coalition, which serves as a platform for BRI cooperation on green development. Under the platform, China has provided more than 2,000 training opportunities for environmental protection officials, experts and technicians from over 120 participating countries.

Adhering to green development is engraved in the Chinese government through the Constitution and the master blueprint of national development as an ecological civilization to be observed in all socioeconomic developments and political agendas.

Beating COVID-19 remains a major task

Undoubtedly, though many countries are busy trying to rebuild their economies amid the pandemic, COVID-19 is still raging in the world, with the number of new cases rising every day globally.

Under such circumstances, President Xi called for putting people and their lives first, taking a science-based approach to origins tracing, enhancing the coordinated global COVID-19 response and minimizing the risk of cross-border virus transmission.

Noting that vaccination is a powerful weapon against COVID-19, he stressed the pressing priority is to ensure the fair and equitable distribution of vaccines globally.

China has promised to provide a total of two billion doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to the world by the end of this year and has donated 100 million doses of the vaccine to other developing countries in the course of this year in addition to $100 million to COVAX.

Practicing true multilateralism is critical

Whether it is improving global environmental governance or beating COVID-19, multilateralism is paramount, which is another key point of Xi's statement at the UNGA.

"The UN should hold high the banner of true multilateralism and serve as the central platform for countries to jointly safeguard universal security, share development achievements and chart the course for the future of the world," Xi said.

The Chinese president called on the UN to increase the representation and say of developing countries in international affairs and take the lead in advancing democracy and the rule of law in international relations.

China, a staunch supporter of multilateralism

President Xi also called for building a new type of international relations based on mutual respect, equity, justice and win-win cooperation, stressing that the practice of forming small circles or zero-sum games should be rejected.

"One country's success does not have to mean another country's failure, and the world is big enough to accommodate common development and progress of all countries," he said, adding that differences and problems among countries need to be handled through dialogue and cooperation on the basis of equality and mutual respect.

As the largest developing country, a permanent member of the UN Security Council and the second-largest contributor to the UN's regular budget and peacekeeping assessments, China has always actively supported the work of the United Nations, firmly safeguarded the international system and upheld multilateralism with concrete actions.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة - 22 سبتمبر 2021: أكد خبراء في القطاع الصناعي أن جائحة كورونا ساهمت في تسريع عملية التحول الرقمي عبر أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي، لا سيما في الشركات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث تتمتع المنطقة بإمكانيات هائلة لتوظيف التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تطوير القطاع الصناعي. وأجمع الخبراء أنه وبالرغم من تنامي توظيف التقنيات الرقمية في القطاع الصناعي، لا تزال هناك العديد من التحديات، مثل الحواجز الهيكلية التي تعيق توظيف التكنولوجيا، والخلل في المساواة الاجتماعية، ونقص الموارد المالية.

بدوره سلط معالي فيكتور بيسونو هازا، وزير الصناعة والتجارة في جمهورية الدومينيكان، الضوء على أهمية تطوير استراتيجيات طويلة الأمد لمساعدة الدول على مواجهة التحديات التي تعيق توظيف تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة بنجاح. وقال: "يتطلب توظيف تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وتعزيز التحول الرقمي تعاونًا كاملًا من الشركات والخبراء في جميع المجالات التنظيمية والقطاعات الاقتصادية، لتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة لتحقيق التقدم والتميز التكنولوجي. ووضعت جمهورية الدومينيكان خططًا استراتيجية تهدف إلى تحقيق نقلة نوعية في الدولة، والتي تتضمن مبادرات وتشريعات عدة، من بينها المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 7121، والذي ينص على إنشاء مجلس وزراء لقيادة التحول الرقمي في الدولة."

وفي إطار جهودها لتعزيز توظيف تقنيات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة في القطاع الصناعي، وقعت جمهورية الدومينيكان مذكرة تفاهم مع إسبانيا، والتي تركز على مبادرتين: أولاهما مبادرة أداة التقييم الذاتي الرقمي المتقدم، والتي ستسمح لشركات القطاع الصناعي تقييم مدى تقدمها في توظيف التقنيات المتقدمة في أعمالها، والثانية مبادرة (أكتيفا)، والتي تقدم نصائح متخصصة للمؤسسات، بما في ذلك برامج للتقييم وخطط لتعزيز التحول الرقمي.

من جهتها تطرقت غابرييلا دوترينيت، رئيسة شبكة أمريكا اللاتينية للتعلم والابتكار وأنظمة بناء الكفاءات (LALICS)، للحديث عن العقبات التي تعيق جهود توظيف الرقمنة، بما في ذلك محدودية الأساليب المتبعة لتشجيع الابتكار، وعدم التجانس الهيكلي للاقتصادات الإقليمية. وقالت: "يتمثل التحدي الأبرز في وضع منهجية ملائمة للتعامل مع التباين الكبير في السياسات المعتمدة لكل قطاع. فهناك العديد من الشركات، بمختلف فئاتها الكبيرة والصغيرة والمتوسطة، التي تمكنت من توظيف التكنولوجيا في أعمالها، وهناك شركات تعمل على توظيف التكنولوجيا في أعمالها، وأخرى لم تبدأ هذه الخطوة بعد، وبالتالي نحن بحاجة إلى تبني سياسة مختلفة، ومحاولة دمج هذه السياسات أو توضيحها."
