مع تقدم التكنولوجيا، يقضي الأشخاص المزيد من الوقت أمام الشاشات. وبناءً على دراسة أجرتها Hootsuite في عام 2019، فإن سكان الإمارات العربية المتحدة يقضون معدلاً قدره 4 ساعات أمام الشاشة يوميًا. إنها حقاً مسألة تستوجب الاهتمام

 

تغيرت ظروف العمل والمدرسة والحياة الاجتماعية بالكامل إلى الإنترنت خلال هذا العام حيث أصبح على كثير من الأشخاص من المنزل أو التعلم عبر الإنترنت. ويمكن أن يسبب قضاء وقت طويل أمام الشاشة في إجهاد العين الرقمي، والذي يتضمن مجموعة من المشاكل المرتبطة بالعين والرؤية والتي تنجم عن مشاهدة الشاشة الرقمية لفترات طويلة.

 

يؤثر إجهاد العين المرتبط بالأجهزة الرقمية على الأشخاص من جميع الأعمار. وإذا كان الشخص يمضي ساعات طويلة يوميًا في استخدام الأجهزة الرقمية، فقد يلاحظ أن الرؤية تصبح مشوشة، وستشعر العين بالحكة والتعب. كما أن العين قد تصبح جافة ومدمعة.

 

وباعتبار أنه من غير الممكن أن نتجنب الاعتماد على التقنيات الرقمية في الوقت الحالي، فإن فهم الأعراض والتدابير الوقائية لإجهاد العين الرقمي يمكن أن يساعد المرضى في الحد من احتمالية الإصابة بالأمراض ذات الصلة.

 

أعراض متلازمة النظر للكمبيوتر

هناك مجموعتان من الأعراض المرتبطة بمتلازمة النظر للكمبيوتر، ومنها التي ترتبط بانخفاض رمشات العين وجفاف العينين، وأخرى مرتبطة بتركيز العدسة.

 

يمكن أن يؤدي انخفاض رمشات العين وجفاف العين إلى التهيج، والإحساس بالحرقة، وإجهاد العين، والعين المتعبة، وحساسية الضوء، وتلك المرتبطة بالتركيز، تشمل عدم وضوح الرؤية على المسافات القريبة والبعيدة والصداع بعد استخدام الجهاز الرقمي.

 

يمكن أن تحدث هذه الأعراض بسبب ضعف الإضاءة والوهج ومسافات المشاهدة غير الصحيحة.

 

تشخيص متلازمة النظر للكمبيوتر

يمكن تشخيص متلازمة النظر للكمبيوتر من خلال فحص شامل للعين. قد يتضمن الاختبار، إلى جانب التركيز على المتطلبات البصرية للمسافة عن الكمبيوتر أو الجهاز الرقمي، تقييمًا لتاريخ المريض، وحدّة البصر، واختبار الانكسار لتأكيد قوة العدسة الصحيحة اللازمة للتعويض عن أي أخطاء انكسارية.

 

علاج إجهاد العين الرقمي

بينما تتنوع حلول مشاكل الرؤية المتعلقة بمشاهدة الشاشات الرقمية، يمكن عادةً التخفيف من حدتها بالحصول على رعاية منتظمة للعين وإجراء تغييرات في كيفية المشاهدة ومقدار الوقت الذي تشاهد فيه الشاشة.

 

في بعض الحالات، قد يستفيد الأفراد الذين لا يحتاجون إلى استخدام النظارات في الأنشطة اليومية الأخرى، من النظارات الموصوفة خصيصًا لاستخدام الكمبيوتر، وقد يحتاج الأشخاص الذين يرتدون نظارات بالفعل إلى وصفة طبية دقيقة للتعويض عن مضاعفات الشاشة الرقمية. في هذه الحالات، ننصح المرضى باستخدام عدسة متخصصة يمكن أن تساعد في زيادة القدرات البصرية والراحة أثناء استخدام التكنولوجيا.

Market Cap of the Global Banking Market Fell to €5.3trn in Q2 2020, a 28% Plunge Year-on-year

 

The coronavirus outbreak caused significant instability and high volatility in global capital markets, and the financial sector has been one of the most affected. Banking stocks' performance was strongly impacted during the COVID-19 crisis, causing bank valuations to plunge in countries across the globe. According to data presented by ForexSchoolOnline.com, the market capitalization of the global banking market amounted to €5.3trn in the second quarter of 2020, a 28% fall year-on-year. Market Capitalization Slumped Under 2016 Levels In the first half of 2016, the global stock markets were on their shakiest footing in years driven by concerns about economic growth and the effectiveness of central banks' policies. At that time, the market capitalization of the global banking sector stood at €5.5trn, revealed the BankingHub and Statista data. By the end of the year, this figure rose to €6.8trn. In the next twelve months, the global banking sector's market cap continued growing and reached €7.9trn in the fourth quarter of 2017. Statistics show that 2018 ended with a €6.5trn in market capitalization of the global banking sector, an 18% drop year-on-year. The 2019 witnessed an increasing trend with all banks' market cap reaching €7.6trn in the fourth quarter of the year, despite the global economic downturn, uncertainty and geopolitical tensions. However, the COVID-19 outbreak changed that, causing the lowest quarterly value since the 2008 financial crisis. Statistics show that in the first quarter of 2020, the global banking market cap slumped to €4.9trn, a 31% decrease year-on-year. World's Five Largest Banks Lost €390bn in Market Cap Amid COVID-19 Crisis The world`s leading banks each have a market cap up to hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars. However, the COVID-19 crisis triggered a sharp decline in these values, causing substantial losses to the leading financial institutions. Statistics show the combined market capitalization of JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Wells Fargo, and China Construction Bank, as the largest financial institutions globally, slumped by $465.1bn or almost €390bn amid the coronavirus outbreak, falling from $1.46trn in December 2019 to $999.8bn in July. As the leading bank in the world, JP Morgan Chase has witnessed the most significant decrease in the market capitalization since the beginning of the year, with the value plunging by $142.6bn between December and July. The market cap of Bank of America, the second-largest financial institution in the world, stood at $215.5bn last month, a $101.2 drop since the beginning of the year. The combined market capitalization of the two largest Chinese banks, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Construction Bank, plunged by $93.7bn amid the COVID-19 crisis, falling from $483.5bn in December to $389.8bn last month. AURAK Continues to Earn Prestigious Rankings and Ratings

Trina Solar to Add 10GW in Annual Production Capacity of Ultra-High-Efficient 210mm Solar Cells

 

Dubai, UAE: Aug 25, Trina Solar Co Ltd, a world’s leader in solar technology manufacturing, has announced that it has signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu province to expand its manufacturing capacity of 210mm solar cells.

 

In line with Trina Solar’s strategies, the company will add 7.6GW in annual production capacity at its Yancheng production site, increasing its 2.5GW overseas cell capacity. Another 2.4GW of existing production capacity at the Yancheng site will be upgraded. With other new production capacity and upgrading existing production capacity, the company’s annual production capacity will reach 26GW with 70% Ultra-High-Efficient 210mm cell by end of next year.

The 10GW 210mm cells will be used in the Trina Solar Vertex 600W+ new product series, which has been widely acclaimed in the market. The latest moves will not only speed up technological innovation in the industry, but also provide a broader space for reducing balance of system and levelized cost of energy from the system side to ensure stable customer income.
