الثريا تطلق خدمة جديدة لإنترنت الأشياء لتتبع ورصد الأصول المتحركة تعمل عبر الاتصالات الأرضية والفضائية

هولبورن للأصول والاستثمارات في الإمارات تتوسع عالمياً مع صفقة استحواذ عملاقة في هونغ كونغ

يؤكد رئيس الشركة على الدور المحوري الذي لعبته الإمارات في نجاح الشركة كمقرها الرئيسي      

الإمارات، 29 يناير 2018:  كشفت "هولبورن أسيتس"Holborn Assets ، شركة الاستشارات المالية المستقلة التي يقع مقرها في دبي عن خطوة تاريخية في التوسع في محفظة الشركة الاستثمارية، وصرحت بأنها أبرمت اتفاقية استحواذ على شركة "غلوبال آي –Globaleye"، إحدى عمالقة الاستثمار والتأمين في هونغ كونغ، مما يشير إلى أن الشركة شوف تشهد هذا العام توسعاً على صعيد قطاع الشركات والأعمال التجارية بحسب توقعات شركة الأصول المالية والاستثمارية.

وأفاد الرئيس التنفيذي أن هذه الخطوة في مسيرة النمو قد شكلت توسعاً كبيراً في تاريخ الشركة، وأكد أن اتخاذ إمارة دبي مقراً لها كان من أهم العوامل الرئيسية لنجاحها. 

تأسست "هولبورن" المتخصصة في الخدمات الاستشارية المتعلقة بالأصول المالية والاستثمارية في إمارة دبي منذ عام 1998، ويعمل تحت مظلتها أكثر من 400 موظف يقدمون خبراتهم الاستشارية في جميع أنحاء العالم، وتقع مكاتبها في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا وآسيا، وافتتحت مؤخراً فرعاً جديداً في ماليزيا العام الماضي، وتابعت التوسع اليوم لتصل إلى هونغ كونغ. كما تملك الشركة من الأصول ما يفوق قيمة المليار دولار مسجلة تحت الأصول الإدارية.

وأعرب بوب باركر، الرئيس التنفيذي لدى هولبورن للأصول المالية والاستشارية عن سعادته بتوسع حجم أعمال الشركة وقال: "سنشهد في عام 2018 نقلة كبيرة في أعمال هولبورن. فنحن نسعى إلى تأكيد بصمة الشركة في مجال الاستثمار على الصعيد الدولي، وسوف نعلن عن المزيد من التوسع عما قريب. ويسعدنا أن نكون جزءاً من هذا النمو الذي نجحنا بتحقيقه على مدار 20 عاماً الماضية." 

وأشار إلى أهمية موقع الشركة في دبي باعتبارها الإمارة الحاضنة لمقر الشركة الرئيسي، إذ كان لها دور كبير في النجاح الذي وصلت إليه هولبورن، مشيراً إلى الإمكانات الهائلة والفرص الكبيرة التي توفرها في سوق العمل، وأنها القاعدة التي انطلق منها الكثير من المواهب المحلية المبدعة، وتتمتع من الناحية الأخرى بموقع جغرافي استراتيجي لتحقيق النمو على مستوى عالمي."

وعلى صعيد صفقة هونغ كونغ، تضم "غلوبال آي" فريق معظمه من الخبراء المختصين وكبار المستشارين وتملك من الأصول ما يعادل 150 مليون دولار مسجلة تحت بند الإدارة، وتم تحويلها وفق الاتفاقية إلى هولبورن للأصول. وحضر جلسة توقيع الاتفاقية السيد إدوارد هارس، الرئيس التنفيذي لأعمال الشركة في هونغ كونغ وخمسة خبراء من فريق المستشارين الماليين وفريق الدعم الفني. 

وقد افتتحت هولبورن للأصول مكاتب جديدة في مركز المدينة وتسعى إلى تنمية أعمالها وإضافة عدد من المسؤولين وكبار المستشارين إلى فريق هونغ كونغ في الأشهر المقبلة. 

يعتبر السيد هاريس ثالث عضو في مجلس أعضاء "غلوبال آي" السابقين ينضم إلى هولبورن للأصول في فترة زمنية تقل عن سنة، وقد جاء انضمامه بعد تعيين رياض أدامو رئيسا للشؤون التجارية في مارس 2017 وسكوت بالسدون في منصب المدير العام في المملكة المتحدة في أبريل 2017.
