Available until September 7th, 2026, one of PUBG MOBILE’s biggest updates yet delivers an action-packed season of content, headlined by NARUTO SHIPPUDEN-themed gameplay, alongside upcoming collaborations including Scuderia Ferrari HP, and major additions to World of Wonder and Metro Royale.

NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Partnership

Version 4.5 Update introduces NARUTO: Ninjas Assemble, a NARUTO SHIPPUDEN-themed mode inspired by one of the world’s most celebrated anime franchises. Representing one of the most ambitious collaborations in PUBG MOBILE’s history, the partnership brings transformative gameplay, iconic locations and signature abilities from the beloved series into the game. Across multiple maps including Erangel, Livik and Sanhok until September 7th, players can step into the world of Naruto.

Explore the Hidden Leaf Village

At the heart of the themed mode is the Hidden Leaf Village, featuring faithfully recreated locations such as Hokage Rock, Naruto’s Apartment, the Hokage’s Residence, Ichiraku Ramen Shop and the Aviary. Elsewhere, players can explore iconic locations from NARUTO’s story, including the Ninja Academy, Hidden Leaf Hospital, Chunin Exam Finals Arena, Naka Shrine Secret Room, Naruto’s Inner Mind, Valley of the End and Great Naruto Bridge, with explorable recreations bringing memorable scenes from the anime to life.

Face Kurama and Rogue Ninja Encounters

Throughout matches, players may encounter Rogue Ninja enemies, including melee and ranged variants that appear across the map, near airdrops and supply vehicles, and during special Naruto-themed encounters. Starting July 9, players will also encounter Kurama roaming the map, appearing in one of three states: slumbering, prowling or alert. From July 17, players will then have the chance to trigger a special match, where Kurama is under someone’s control and attacks the Hidden Leaf Village. In this mode, all squads must unite to defend the village together.

Master Iconic Ninjutsu

Version 4.5 Update also welcomes a range of signature NARUTO SHIPPUDEN ninjutsu abilities, weapons and items, allowing players to truly feel like elite shinobi. Ninjutsu abilities will unlock in phases between July 9th and July 14th, with available techniques include Flying Raijin Jutsu, Rasengan, Chidori, Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu, Earth Style: Mud Wall, Shadow Clone Jutsu, Reanimation Jutsu, alongside the Ninja Run traversal ability. From teleportation and powerful offensive attacks to Shadow Clone decoys and teammate recalls, players can bring some of NARUTO’s most iconic techniques into combat, while themed items such as Ichiraku Ramen and Make-out Paradise provide additional ways to enhance their journey through the ninja world.

Starting July 14th, players inside the Chunin Exam Finals Arena can also activate ninjutsu by shouting the name of the technique, taking part in timed Ninjutsu Duels using voice activation in supported languages, making PUBG MOBILE one of the first major mobile or battle royale games to let players activate combat abilities through spoken voice commands. Kakashi can also be found throughout the themed mode teaching the enhanced Earth Style: Mud Wall (Dog Head Version), though players may occasionally encounter multiple Kakashis at once, with only one being genuine and the others revealed as shadow clones.

Relive Iconic NARUTO Moments

Beyond combat, players can relive iconic moments from the series through Valley of the End duels, multiplayer photo opportunities and interactive experiences across the themed mode. The collaboration also features a Naruto-themed plane cabin sequence, Ninja Team Ready animations, and Strongest Team celebrations inspired by Team 7.

An Original Animation by Studio Pierrot

Developed under the supervision of the NARUTO Production Committee, the collaboration is further brought to life through an exclusive original animation created by Studio Pierrot, the renowned animation studio behind NARUTO SHIPPUDEN. Launching alongside the in-game content on July 9th, the special short will be released in PUBG MOBILE in-game and across PUBG MOBILE's official channels, opening a new chapter in the ninja world and offers fans a brand-new story experience inspired by the beloved franchise.

Unlock Character Sets and Collectibles

Starting July 12th, the collaboration further expands with a wide range of NARUTO SHIPPUDEN-themed outfits, official voice packs and collectible items inspired by some of the series’ most iconic characters.

Boopin Marks 15 Years of Growth and Looks Ahead to the Future of Integrated Marketing

From a UAE-born digital agency to a global network of 250 specialists across 15 offices, Boopin reflects on its evolution and the changing role of marketing in driving business growth.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Monday, Tuesday 30, 2026: Boopin, the UAE-founded independent, digital-first integrated marketing agency, is marking its 15th year in business by reflecting on its evolution and the role agencies will play in helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex and technology-driven future.

Founded in Dubai in 2011, Boopin has grown from a specialist digital agency into an international business with more than 250 professionals across 15 offices serving clients across the Middle East, Asia Pacific and other global markets. Today, the agency partners with organisations across both the public and private sectors, supporting growth through integrated marketing, communications, media, creative, content, customer experience and digital solutions.

Over the past decade and a half, the industry has undergone a profound transformation. What were once separate disciplines now sit at the heart of business strategy, influencing everything from reputation and customer engagement to commercial performance and long-term growth.

The milestone comes at a time when organisations are facing new challenges and opportunities. Artificial intelligence is reshaping how businesses operate, customer expectations continue to evolve and competition for attention has never been greater. As a result, brands are increasingly seeking integrated partners capable of connecting creativity, media, technology and data to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Today, Boopin operates as an independent, digital-first integrated marketing agency, bringing together media, creative, content, customer experience and data under one team. The agency’s approach is built around a simple principle: measuring success through the growth it creates for clients.

“Fifteen years ago, Boopin started with a simple belief: that digital would fundamentally reshape the way businesses connect with people,” said Shadi Abdulhadi, Founder and CEO of Boopin.

“What began as a small agency in Dubai has grown into an international business spanning 15 offices and more than 250 talented professionals.

But growth has never been the goal in itself. The real achievement has been building a culture that embraces change, challenges convention and continues to evolve alongside our clients and the markets we serve. If Boopin has grown, it is because our clients have grown, and the fact that so many brands who trusted us in early years are still with us today is the achievement I’m proudest of.

As we look ahead, our ambition is not simply to grow larger. It is to remain relevant, independent and relentlessly focused on helping brands navigate what comes next. The future of our industry will belong to organisations that can combine creativity, technology and human insight in meaningful ways, and we intend to be at the forefront of that evolution.”

Over the years, Boopin has supported organisations ranging from government entities and multinational corporations to leading regional brands across sectors including automotive, financial services, healthcare, education, tourism, retail and technology. This breadth of experience has enabled the agency to evolve alongside the changing needs of organisations operating in increasingly competitive markets.

According to Razmik Kalaidjian, Regional Managing Director, Middle East, the region’s transformation has mirrored the agency’s own evolution. “The Middle East has become one of the most exciting growth markets in the world. Across the region, governments are driving ambitious transformation agendas, businesses are investing heavily in innovation and consumers are adopting new technologies at remarkable speed.

These shifts are creating new expectations for brands. Audiences today expect relevance, authenticity and seamless experiences across every touchpoint. Meeting those expectations requires a more integrated approach than ever before.

For agencies, the opportunity lies in helping organizations connect creativity, media, content, commerce and data in ways that drive measurable business outcomes. That is where we see the market heading, and where we believe Boopin is particularly well positioned.”

Across Asia Pacific and India, Boopin continues to expand its capabilities in response to growing demand for integrated marketing and business transformation solutions.

Maneesheel Gautam, Regional Managing Director, APAC & India, said: “Asia Pacific continues to be one of the fastest-moving and most diverse regions in the global marketing landscape. Businesses across the region are embracing digital transformation at different speeds, but they share a common objective: finding more effective ways to engage customers and accelerate growth.

We are seeing increasing demand for integrated solutions that bring together strategy, creativity, media and technology under a single model. Clients want partners that can move quickly, adapt to local market dynamics and deliver measurable impact.

As we continue to expand our presence across APAC and India, our focus remains on investing in talent, strengthening our capabilities and supporting clients as they navigate the next phase of growth.”

As it enters its next phase of growth, Boopin remains focused on helping organisations adapt to changing market conditions, embrace emerging technologies and build stronger connections with the audiences that matter most.

Fifteen years after its founding, the agency’s ambition remains clear: to help brands grow by bringing together the disciplines that matter most in modern marketing and delivering work that creates measurable business impact.

National Media Authority continues media content standards campaign with Ras Al Khaimah session

Session highlights 20 national media content standards aimed at strengthening responsible content creation and supporting the growth of the UAE’s media sector

Ras AlKhaimah, UAE: 24 June 2026 — The National Media Authority (NMA) held a session in Ras Al Khaimah as part of its nationwide campaign to raise awareness of media content standards.

During the session, the NMA highlighted 20 national standards for professional, creative and responsible media content. These standards aim to support media professionals and content creators in delivering reliable, high-quality content that reflects UAE values, protects social cohesion and reinforces the country’s position as a global hub for content creation.

The session, held at Marjan Island in collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office, focused on the role of media content standards as a clear and transparent regulatory framework supporting the growth of the sector. The framework promotes responsible practices and ensures content aligns with societal values and national legislation.

Her Excellency Maitha Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Media Strategy at the National Media Authority, said the UAE has adopted a comprehensive legislative approach to developing the media sector by continuously updating its regulatory frameworks to keep pace with rapid digital transformation. This approach provides a clear and stable environment that supports growth, investment and responsible creativity.

HE Al Suwaidi added that the new legislative framework represents a significant step forward in regulating the sector, covering both traditional and digital media activities. This strengthens the UAE’s competitiveness and ensures alignment with global developments in the media industry.

HE Al Suwaidi noted that the UAE’s media laws and policies provide clear rules that enhance trust and transparency, protect the rights of individuals and society, and support the production of content that reflects national values while aligning with international best practices.

She highlighted that media content standards are a core pillar of this regulatory framework, comprising 20 standards that address key aspects of content creation. These reinforce professional responsibility, protect privacy and social cohesion, and support a safe and enabling environment for creativity.

HE Al Suwaidi added that the national campaign, implemented across the UAE, aims to raise awareness of these standards and strengthen engagement with media professionals, creators and academic institutions. This supports the development of locally produced content that reflects community values and enhances the UAE’s position as a global hub for media and content creation.

She also highlighted the importance of ongoing dialogue with the creative community, noting that these regulatory frameworks are shaped through engagement with creators locally and internationally. This contributes to a flexible and attractive media environment that supports local talent, encourages investment, and enables the production of high-quality local content.

Her Excellency Heba Fatani, Director General of the Ras Al Khaimah Government Media Office, said the UAE continues to strengthen its position as a leading destination for content creators and media innovators. This is supported by clear national strategies that enhance the role of media and content creation in driving a diverse, knowledge-based economy.

HE Fatani praised the national campaign led by the NMA in collaboration with media offices across the UAE for its role in raising awareness of media standards among creators locally and internationally. She noted that these standards provide a clear and transparent framework that supports best practices while enabling creators to benefit from the UAE’s advanced infrastructure, technologies, and investment environment.

HE Fatani highlighted Ras Al Khaimah’s growing media ecosystem, including the RAKEZ Media Zone, which offers a supportive platform for creators and companies to establish and expand media and creative projects.

AI is Ready but Firms are Not: How Falling Behind on AI Implementation is Costing Clients and Talent

AI is Ready but Firms are Not: How Falling Behind on AI Implementation is Costing Clients and Talent

thomsun

  • New research warns of $143 billion in revenue at risk in the U.S. alone, as clients expect AI-driven value from providers
  • Companies at risk of losing 24% of talent within two years if their firms fail to deliver on AI
  • At the same time, one third of lawyers, accountants and compliance professionals are using unsanctioned AI, creating invisible risks organizations cannot monitor or control

JUNE 24, 2026 - Thomson Reuters (Nasdaq/TSX:TRI), a global content and technology company, today released its 2026 Future of Professionals report which warns of the financial cost of failing to effectively implement AI across the legal, tax and audit and risk professions. The findings, based on a global survey of 1,800 professionals, show a widening gap between AI ambition and reality, one that is now carrying material consequences with up to $143 billion in client revenue at risk in the U.S. alone* and talent considering leaving.

“We’re seeing a clear divide emerge,” said Steve Hasker, President and CEO of Thomson Reuters. “Firms that are operationalizing AI are pulling ahead. Those that aren’t are starting to take on real risk, across talent, clients, and financial performance. Closing that execution gap is now a business imperative for professional firms.”

AI adoption is not the issue. 74% of professionals are already using AI tools every week, but organizations are struggling to translate that usage into real value. In fact, 91% of professionals believe their organizations are falling short of what AI can deliver, leading to unintended consequences such as one-third of lawyers, accountants, and compliance professionals saying they turn to unsanctioned tools, creating invisible, unmanaged risk.

Even where an AI strategy exists, execution is lagging: 35% say ambitions are not reflected in their day-to-day work, and nearly one in five say their organization still lacks a clear strategy. This gap between promise and reality is beginning to affect talent, with one in four professionals saying they would consider leaving within two years if they don’t see the value they expect. Clients are reaching the same conclusion: 78% now see AI-enabled quality improvements as essential, yet just 6% believe most providers are delivering. As a result, nearly a third are preparing to reassess those provider relationships within the next 12 months.

These pressures are building faster than many leaders recognize, and are showing up in three interconnected areas:

Shadow AI is creating risk exposure

  • A third of lawyers, accountants and compliance professionals are using AI their organization has not approved, rising to 41% among those who say their organization is moving too slowly on AI.
  • 96% say their AI must safeguard confidential data, 94% require verified authoritative content, and 90% need outputs they can explain and defend.
  • Yet 41% lack access to professional-grade tools that meet these standards.

Talent is leaving

  • One in four professionals (24%) who are experiencing a gap between what AI technology is capable of, and what their organization is delivering are considering leaving within two years; and 13% within 12 months.
  • Yet almost half of senior leaders believe meaningful talent pressure is still at least three years away.
  • 62% say access to professional-grade AI would be a factor in accepting a new role. Among those already using it, nearly one in three would turn a role down without it.

Clients are not waiting

  • 78% of corporate clients now consider AI-enabled quality improvements very important or essential, yet just 6% say most of their providers deliver it.
  • Within 12 months, 32% will be reconsidering provider relationships, with a third putting more than $1 million in annual work at risk, amounting to a combined ~$143 billion in U.S. legal and accounting revenue under active reconsideration based on AI delivery.

“Not all AI is created equal. In professions where there is real liability, the standard has to be much higher,” said Steve Hasker, President and CEO of Thomson Reuters. “When outputs shape legal judgments, regulatory filings, or client advice, ‘almost right’ isn’t good enough. That’s why we build what we call Fiduciary Grade AI, technology professionals can verify, trust, and ultimately stand behind.”

The technology is ready. The gap is in execution, and the benchmark is now accountability. Thomson Reuters defines this as Fiduciary-Grade™ AI, built on authoritative, domain specific content; rigorous privacy and security; subject-matter expertise; outputs that are transparent and verifiable; and access to real-time human support.

LexisNexis introduces trusted legal AI for the Middle East,
powered by regional legal intelligence

  • Backed by a multi-million-dollar regional investment and anchored in Lexis+ with Protégé - LexisNexis' globally proven legal AI platform - the announcement signals a defining commitment to the GCC and wider Middle East
  • As the UAE becomes the world's first country to surpass 70% AI adoption among its working-age population, LexisNexis expands trusted legal AI capabilities tailored to the region's evolving legal landscape

United Arab Emirates, June 24, 2026: LexisNexis, a global leader in legal intelligence and AI solutions, today announced a significant expansion of its commitment to the Middle East and wider GCC. The move reinforces the company’s position as the region's most trusted partner for legal professionals navigating an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving landscape. The announcement underscores a multi-million-dollar investment spanning technology, content localisation, product development and long-term operational presence across the region.

Following more than a decade of investment in the region, LexisNexis has developed one of the Middle East's most comprehensive legal intelligence framework based on authoritative legal content, advanced technology and deep legal expertise. This foundation underpins Lexis+ with Protégé, LexisNexis' legal AI platform, which is being extended and fully localised for the Middle East, combining advanced AI capabilities with authoritative regional legal content, practical guidance and workflows designed specifically for the region's legal practitioners. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, the solution is grounded in trusted legal sources and developed to support real-world legal work across regional jurisdictions.

As legal and regulatory complexity grows, AI is expected to transform legal workflows over the next three to five years, enabling lawyers to spend less time on routine tasks and more time delivering strategic advice and complex legal analysis.

Sharing his views, Eric Bonnet-Maes, President CEMEA, LexisNexis said, “As the Middle East accelerates its AI and digital transformation ambitions, the legal sector has a unique opportunity to embrace innovation while upholding the highest standards of trust, compliance and professional responsibility. At LexisNexis, we are committed to providing legal professionals with AI solutions that are secure, transparent and grounded in authoritative regional content, helping shape a more efficient, informed and future-ready legal ecosystem across the region."

The platform has already earned strong adoption and positive client feedback globally and is now being extended and fully localized for the Middle East for the first time. The announcement comes as governments and businesses across the region continue to accelerate digital transformation and AI adoption. The UAE ranks among the world's leading nations for AI readiness, while Saudi Arabia continues to advance its Vision 2030 agenda through significant investments in AI and digital transformation, creating strong momentum for innovation across professional services, including the legal sector.

Championing the AI journey for the company in the MENA region, Lara Salem, Head of Content Strategy, LexisNexis Middle East said, "The future of legal AI in the Middle East will be defined by trust. At LexisNexis, we are combining authoritative regional legal content, deep legal expertise and advanced AI capabilities to help legal professionals leverage AI confidently, responsibly and in the language, they use every day. With more than a decade of investment in the region, we are committed to shaping a legal ecosystem where innovation enhances productivity while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, security and professional integrity."

As regulatory frameworks continue to evolve alongside AI innovation, LexisNexis believes collaboration between technology providers, legal professionals and policymakers will be essential to ensuring responsible adoption. The company continues to work closely with lawyers, legal experts and industry stakeholders across the region to ensure its solutions remain aligned with evolving regulatory expectations and professional standards. LexisNexis’ approach also aligns closely with the region's broader ambitions around digital transformation, innovation and modernization. The company has worked extensively to curate and structure legal content across key jurisdictions, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, creating a foundation capable of supporting the next generation of legal technology.

Central to LexisNexis' regional strategy is its ‘Preach and Teach’, approach, which combines technology adoption with education and awareness to help legal professionals embrace AI responsibly and confidently. The company is helping build a strong foundation for the future of legal technology while supporting the region's broader ambitions around digital transformation and innovation.

As the legal profession enters a new era of AI-driven transformation, LexisNexis remains committed to advancing trusted legal innovation across the Middle East. Through continued investment in technology, localization and authoritative legal content, the company is helping build a future-ready legal ecosystem where professionals can benefit from AI solutions that combine global innovation with deep regional expertise and trusted legal intelligence.

Flexible, community-driven workspace in Nad Al Sheba designed for start-ups, freelancers, entrepreneurs

Tashkeel Coworking Space

24 June 2026, Dubai, UAE. Tashkeel, the leading artist and designer studio and members club, has launched Tashkeel Workspace & Events, a new offering intended to provide flexible workspace, meeting rooms, and event spaces at its Nad Al Sheba campus.

Founded in 2008 with eleven studios and a single gallery, Tashkeel became a place where artists and designers could think deeply, test ideas, and build practices rooted in both context and experimentation. It was never only about making; it was about creating the conditions for meaningful work to happen. As Tashkeel enters its second decade, it is expanding its ecosystem with the launch of Tashkeel Workspaces & Events, introducing a layer that responds to the way people work today. Designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs, consultants, and hybrid professionals who require both independence and a sense of place, and are looking for a focused alternative to a conventional office or home working environment. Tashkeel Workspace offers a deliberate separation between work and home – a place to arrive with intent, to focus, and to move forward with clarity.

The workspace includes:

  • Flexible desks available by the hour or day
  • Four meeting rooms accommodating up to 20 people each, with breakout configurations
  • A lecture and events space for up to 80 guests
  • Quiet pods for uninterrupted focused work
  • Access to Tashkeel's digital printing services
  • In-seat ordering from Gerbou, Tashkeel's on-site restaurant

Tashkeel Workspace purposefully extends beyond professional use, welcoming reading groups, chess clubs, and small, quiet gatherings that prioritise thoughtful interaction. It is a space where work and social connection coexist naturally.

The launch adds a new facility to Tashkeel's existing campus, which includes artist and designer studios, production facilities, and gallery spaces. Tashkeel plans to grow from its current studio count of 19 to 58 studios in 2027. The move reflects the organisation’s long-term vision to support both creative production and professional enterprise within a single, considered ecosystem.

Bakhita Ghanim Al Mansoori, General Manager at Tashkeel, said: "With the launch of Tashkeel Workspace & Events, we have created a space that reflects how people work today. Designed for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and hybrid professionals, our aim is to offer them flexibility without losing a sense of focus. Workspace has been designed as an environment where professionals can network, collaborate or work independently, and reset, with access to moments of pause through our surrounding spaces and the hospitality of Gerbou. In a fast-moving city, this is a place to ground your work, connect with others, and build something meaningful within a supportive community.”

Tashkeel Workspaces & Events is now open and accepting bookings via the website: https://bookings.tashkeel.org/.
