Clearly define your goal: Before embarking on any real estate investment, ask yourself: what is your long-term goal—securing a comfortable retirement, protecting your income from inflation, or establishing your family’s financial future? Clarity of goal is the map that will guide your investment decisions.

Prioritize logic over emotion: You might be attracted by a beautiful design of a property or drawn to a specific location, but investment decisions must be based on comprehensive study of the numbers and a precise analysis of expected returns. Avoid trying to achieve quick gains through speculation, especially by relying on the exceptional increases the market has recently witnessed, which cannot be considered a constant benchmark.
