Custom mixed grill nights with live entertainment launched in May at The Restaurant
There’s something special about a Saturday evening spent with good food, great company, and a little live music. The Restaurant at Address Dubai Mall invites guests to enjoy all three in style with its brand-new Twilight Grill Night, held every Saturday.
Guests are invited to indulge in a vibrant culinary journey, featuring a bespoke mixed grill prepared to order on a live flame, accompanied by captivating live entertainment that sets the perfect tone for a lively and flavourful night out.
The evening begins with an abundant selection of appetisers served sharing style, including creamy hummus, chargrilled baba ghanoush, authentic fattoush salad, cheese rolls with tahina sauce, and crispy calamari paired with tartare sauce. Guests can then make their way to the live grill to create their own customised mixed grill plate by choosing two options from lamb kofta, shish tawook, beef shashlik, chermoula prawns or sustainable seabass, followed by one premium cut such as wagyu beef ribeye, tenderloin steak, grilled Australian lamb chop or a Canadian lobster tail. A variety of sides,such as roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, saffron rice, chimichurri, lemon butter sauce, and beef jus, are all served to share at the table. The experience concludes on a sweet note with desserts including opera mille feuille, sticky date pudding, and a refreshing platter of seasonal sliced fruits.
