AD Ports Group has maintained its ‘We Invest in People’ Platinum Accreditation for 2023, demonstrating its pledge to holistic employee growth and dynamic people development
Abu Dhabi, UAE – 29 January 2023: Having been the first organisation in the region to be awarded the prestigious IIP Platinum Accreditation by Investors in People (IIP) in 2019, AD Ports Group announced today that it has retained its ‘We Invest in People’ platinum-level accreditation for the fourth consecutive year, following a thorough strategic review assessment.
This prestigious accreditation is the highest accolade the ‘Investors in People’ bestows and is the highest that can be achieved against the IIP standard. Only two percent of 50,000 participating organisations from 66 countries, reached this level. It acknowledges the Group for the clarity of its vision and its high-performing culture that consistently prioritises a healthy and highly productive work environment, by ensuring best-practice employee engagement, continuous upskilling and improved wellbeing.
AD Ports Group significantly expanded its operations globally in 2022, with major investments and joint ventures in markets around the world. Despite its rapid growth, the group has succeeded in maintaining an agile work culture that provides employees with opportunities to learn and grow in their chosen careers and ensures engagement and retention. المجموعة حافظت على الاعتماد البلاتيني من "المستثمرون في الموارد البشرية" لعام 2023 ما يؤكد التزامها بضمان النمو الشامل والتطوير المستمر لموظفيها
أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة - 29 يناير 2023: استكمالاً لنجاحها كأول مؤسسة في المنطقة تحصل على الاعتماد البلاتيني من "المستثمرون في الموارد البشرية" عام 2019، أعلنت مجموعة موانئ أبوظبي اليوم عن حفاظها على هذا الاعتماد البلاتيني للعام الرابع على التوالي بعد استيفائها لكامل المعايير المطلوبة خلال عملية التقييم الاستراتيجي الصارمة والواسعة التي خضعت لها.
ويعد هذا الاعتماد المرموق أرفع تكريم تمنحه "المستثمرون في الموارد البشرية" وأعلى درجة يمكن للمؤسسات تحقيقه في مجال الاستثمار في مواردها البشرية، إذ نجح 2% فقط من 50,000 مؤسسة مشاركة من 66 دولة في الحصول على هذا التصنيف المتميز. ويسلط الاعتماد الضوء على وضوح رؤية مجموعة موانئ أبوظبي وثقافة عملها الفاعلة التي تضع مسألة توفير بيئة عمل صحية وعالية الكفاءة على رأس أولوياتها من خلال تطبيق أعلى المعايير وإشراك الموظفين ورفع سوية مهاراتهم وتحسين جودة حياتهم.
