Hotel’s futuristic plans powered by Avaya Fabric Connect Networking
Dubai, UAE – December 3rd, 2014 – Kempinski Mall of the Emirates today announced the launch of what
promises to be the smartest guest experience in the region, with the roll-out
of the hotel’s services on any mobile device, powered by an Avaya Fabric
Connect network. The launch brings the luxury of Kempinski’s five-star guest
services to more than 1 million mobile devices checked in by the hotel guests
every year, on a world class interactive platform, transforming the guests’
experience beyond their expectations and making Kempinski Mall of the Emirates,
the smartest luxury hotel in the region.

With over
300,000 guests annually and more than 1 million devices connected to the hotel
infrastructure, Kempinski today enables its guests to access high-definition
television, premium wireless internet, and other interactive room-services,
among other guest offerings. Kempinski’s plans are to continue evolving its
guest experience by delivering mobile shopping opportunities of various luxury
brands inside the hotel and in the Mall of the Emirates in the near future.
