3 December, Ras Al-Khaimah — Al Hamra Real Estate Development has launched its latest app as part of its commitment to shift towards digital services and simplify life for the 3,000-plus residents at its flagship Al Hamra Village in Ras al Khaimah. Available for download for Android from today via Google Play, the ‘Al Hamra Village’ app will allow residents to use smart phones to pay utility bills, submit feedback, and even request for final bill when residents are moving to another location. The app will also be available for iPhone in the very near future.

“We are delighted to be able to announce the launch of the Al Hamra Village app. This application is something we have been working on for a little while now, and reflects the feedback we’ve received from residents who have asked for a platform where they can see all of their information and that will enable them to manage their life at Al Hamra Village,” said General Manager Benoy Kurien.

“Al Hamra Village is a dynamic community and our residents have busy schedules and the simplicity and convenience of the new app will mean convenient utility payments at their fingertips. In order to use the application users will have to be registered on the utility billing website at Al Hamra Village, but once approved they will be able to view and pay bills, change contact information, make enquiries and submit feedback.”

Al Hamra Real Estate Development recently made the headlines following the launch of the Falcon Island ‘Homebuilder’ app, the first of its kind in UAE to offer potential buyers an innovative customer experience that will enable them to create a bespoke luxury home from any mobile device and location in the world. The ‘Homebuilder’ app features dynamic 3D renderings, views, and interiors and landscaping options, as well as the ability to see a breakdown of the cost of each feature as they work through the process of creating their dream home. Once completed, customers are sent a PDF that includes a final quotation and details of the quality of materials and technologies specified.
