Summer Thirst Quencher - Pascal
Tepper’s new, premium organic tea blends, on the rocks
Dubai, UAE May
2014: Pascal Tepper, TECOM’s favourite
modern dine-in French bakery has launched Tea Jay, a new range of exotic teas
cleverly fused at the table, first brewed in hot water, then dribbled over ice
at just Dhs 35 a Samova, serving two.
According to Chef Alexander, Pascal Tepper is Dubai’s
exclusive provider of Samova Tea Jay offering a choice of four blends.
“All four blends of the organic German tea are fast becoming
smash-hits. So much so, the Samova is
creating a new trend - which we are calling the Tea-Culture - where premium
blends are served in a compelling way and at an affordable price. And watch
out, as the summer season kicks in we will introduce more Tea-Jay flavours
in-store, through our delivery, and catering service,” he said.
Tea Jay comprises a unique mix of tea leaves, herbs and
fruits grown around the world: High Darling originates
from an organic tea plantation in the Himalayas; Lazy Daze, from China and India, is also made up of black
tea, lemon pieces and bergamot oil; Istanbul Nights, from Sri Lanka and India,
is blended with crisped mint, aniseed, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and more; and
lastly Team Spirit is a green tea from a diverse range of countries made up
with lemon grass, white tea, carrot flakes amongst other natural ingredients.
