Siemens, the global powerhouse in electronics and electrical engineering operating in the energy, infrastructure, industry and healthcare sectors, has been selected by Raya Facility Maintenance and Management to supply its new smart commercial complex “GALLERIA40” with comprehensive security and building management solutions that include; CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems.
GALLERIA40 is considered a new milestone in the smart commercial complexes in Egypt that need high quality corporate and retail environment, with international standards of design, connectivity, security and fully managed services. Through the accreditation of United States Green Building Council (UGBC) it will be also the first LEED registered commercial hub in the country.

أعلنت شركة سيمنس، الشركة الرائدة في مجال الإلكترونيات والهندسة الكهربائية، والتي تعمل في قطاعات الطاقة، والبنية التحتية، والصناعة، والرعاية الصحية عن اختيارها من قبل شركة راية لصيانة وإدارة المنشآت وذلك لتزويد المجمع التجاري الجديد للشركة GALLERIA40 بمجموعة شاملة من الحلول الأمنية وأنظمة إدارة المباني والتي تشمل أنظمة المراقبة والتحكم في الدخول ومكافحة الحرائق.

يُشار هنا أن حلول سيمنس ستُمكن مجمع GALLERIA40 من تحسين الكفاءة في استهلاك الطاقة وتبني تقنيات متطورة من أجل قياس ومراقبة وإعداد التقارير حول معدلات استهلاك الكهرباء، هذا فضلاً عن تزويد خدمات الصيانة والمراقبة والتحكم والتأكد من جودة الهواء داخل مباني المجمع لزيادة مستويات الراحة.
وتعليقاً على هذا المشروع، صرح السيد هاني بكر مدير شركة راية لصيانة وإدارة المنشآت، قائلاً: "إن هذا المشروع الجديد يُرسي معيار جديداً في مصر والمنطقة للتصميمات المعمارية التي تتمتع بالاستدامة البيئة وهو ما يُجسد التزام الشركة بقضية حماية البيئة ويأتي في ضوء مسئوليتنا الاجتماعية، فإننا في راية لصيانة وإدارة المنشآت مؤمنين بتطوير وتطبيق مفاهيم تكنولوجية جديدة من أجل التنمية المستدامة في مجالات التشغيل الآلي وتطوير البنية التحتية وإدارة المرافق والمباني المستدامة".
وتتميز المباني الخضراء بتأثيرها الضئيل على البيئة من خلال الحفاظ على الطاقة والمياه التي يتم استهلاكها وتقليل نسب الإهدار في الموارد وانبعاث الغازات الضارة، وعلاوة على هذا فإن المباني الخضراء تساعد الموظفين على الوصول لمستويات أعلى من الابتكار والإنتاجية مع العديد من السمات الأخرى الفريدة في مظهر المبنى وتصميمه.
