has announced the launch of its first-ever direct-to-garment t-shirt printer,
the SureColor SC-F2000. With the garment printing market expected to be worth
over EUR 200 million by 2014, small to medium businesses can benefit from the
SureColor SC-F2000’s revenue-generating features. Combining high performance
with low maintenance and running costs, the latest addition to Epson’s textile
printer line up enables businesses to offer new t-shirt design and print
services.
Online t-shirt shops,
production t-shirt printers and
even corporate users will benefit from the SC-F2000 as its ink is
crack-resistant and is soft against the skin. Users
can configure the system to suit their needs by choosing from two sets of Cyan,
Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK) ink for white
garments or CMYK with up to four white inks for coloured garments.
Epson’s Garment Creator software is
bundled with the package, which includes a cost calculation function that
allows users to estimate the print cost by calculating the amount and cost of
the ink used for each print job. This is useful when setting a tax rate or
discount. The software enables designers to unleash their creativity and easily
produce customised, eye-catching designs of up to 25mm thick on t-shirts, caps
and bags.

Featuring Epson’s
durable thin-film piezo (TFP) printhead, the SC-F2000 is capable of printing a single white t-shirt in 27 seconds when
using dual colour mode and a dark coloured t-shirt in 111 seconds using white
and colour ink, so production is quick without sacrificing print quality.
When used in conjunction with Epson’s
UltraChrome DG Ink (available in 250 or 600ml cartridges), the SureColor
SC-F2000 excels on dark fabric due to the
high-quality of its white ink. The white ink is circulated within the system
and has been designed to reduce clogging, which increases productivity,
allowing deadlines to be met consistently.
The SC-F2000 offers a resolution of up to
1440x1440 dpi for accurate dot shape and placement, while its wide colour gamut
produces vibrant colours, sharp contours and smooth gradations.
Despite its ability to create
a lasting visual impact, Epson's UltraChrome DG ink is eco-friendly. It has been awarded
a part certification from Oeko-Tex® Standard 100[1],
indicating that it does not contain any harmful substrates.

"إبسون" (Epson)، عن إطلاق أول طابعة
من نوعها لأعمال الطباعة المباشرة على الملابس وقمصان "التي-شيرت" (T-Shirt) وهي طابعة "شور
كلر أس. سي-أف 2000" (SC-F2000). وفي ضوء التوقعات التي تشير إلى نمو سوق الطباعة على
الملابس إلى أكثر من 200 مليون يورو في العام 2014، يمكن للشركات الصغيرة
والمتوسطة الإستفادة من المزايا الواسعة التي تتمتع بها الطابعة الجديدة. وتدمج
الطابعة ما بين مزايا الأداء العالي وتكاليف
الصيانة والتشغيل المنخفضة، وهي أحدث إضافة إلى سلسلة "إبسون" من طابعاتها
لأعمال الطباعة على الملابس التي تتيح إطلاق تصاميم جديدة لقمصان
"التي-شيرت" وتوفير خدمات الطباعة عليها.
ومن
المقرر أن يستفيد من مزايا الطابعة "شور كلر أس. سي-أف 2000" متاجر بيع قمصان
"التي-شيرت" عبر الانترنت والمتاجر المتخصصة في الطبع على قمصان
"التي-شيرت" والشركات. ويتميز الحبر بأنّه يوفر ملمساً ناعماً وخالياً
من الغرز. ويمكن للمستخدمين تخصيص النظام ليلبي احتياجاتهم من خلال الإختيار من
مجموعتي ألوان السماوي والأرجواني والأصفر والأسود للملابس البيضاء أو مجموعات
ألوان السماوي والأرجواني والأصفر والأسود وما يصل إلى أربعة ألوان بيضاء للملابس
الملونة.
وتأتي
الطابعة مرفقة مع برنامج تصميم الملابس الذي يتضمن ميزة حساب التكاليف الذي يتيح
للمستخدمين تقدير تكاليف الطباعة من خلال حساب كمية الحبر اللازمة لكل عملية
طباعة. وتعتبر هذه الأداة أداةً مفيدةً جداً عند حساب المعدل الضريبي أو الحسومات.
ويتيح البرنامج للمصممين إطلاق العنان لمواهبهم وإنشاء تصاميم مخصصة ومبدعة يصل
سمكها إلى 25 ملم على مجموعة من الوسائط والمنسوجات مثل قمصان
"التي-شيرت" والقبعات والحقائب.

ويتمتع الطراز الجديد برأس الطباعة "تي. أف.
بيه"، والطابعة قادرة على الطباعة على الملابس مباشرة خلال 27 ثانية عند
اعتماد نظام الحبر الثنائي وقميص "تي-شيرت" ملون خلال 111 ثانية فقط عند
استخدام الحبر الأبيض والملون، وبالتالي تكون عملية الإنتاج سريعة دون المساس
بجودة الطباعة.
وعند استخدامها مع علب أحبار "ألتراكروم دي.
جي" من "إبسون"، والمتوفرة في علب بسعة 250 مل أو 600 مل، تبرز
قدرات الطابعة "شور كلر أس. سي-أف 2000" على
المنسوجات الداكنة نظراً للجودة العالية للحبر الأبيض. ويدور الحبر الأبيض داخل
المنظومة حيث صمم للحد من انسداد الحبر، مما يعزز من الانتاجية، لتتمكن الشركات من
الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية التي وضعتها لتنفيذ أعمالها.
وتبلغ
دقة الطباعة 1440 x 1440 نقطة في البوصة لتحقيق
الدقة في شكل ووضع النقاط، ويعمل النطاق اللوني الواسع على إنتاج ألوان مشرقة
وخطوط خارجية دقيقة وتدرجات لونية متسقة.
وعلى
الرغم من قدرته على خلق تأثير بصري دائم، يعد حبر "ألتراكروم دي. جي" من
"إبسون" صديق للبيئة. وقد حصلت الطابعة على اعتماد "أويكو-تيكس
100"، حيث يعتبر معياراً دولياً للسلامة في صناعة النسيج.
