The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(AJCCI) has announced that it will be hosting the ninth edition of its Annual
Networking Event and Mega Gala Dinner, under the theme, ‘Inspiring Business
Leaders,’ tonight (Sunday on
December 15, 2013) at the Kempinski Hotel in Ajman. The Annual Networking Event
and Mega Gala Dinner will be held under the patronage of His Highness (HH)
Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of The
Ajman Executive Council.
The event is expected to be attended by more
than 1,500 participants composed of top senior government officials,
ambassadors and consular officers from foreign embassies in the UAE, officers
and members from UAE-based chambers of commerce and representatives from
various countries, companies and organizations. Many investment
opportunities are expected to rise in the emirate following the networking
event.

Al Janahi, Executive Director – Business & Investment Development Sector,
Ajman Chamber stressed on the economic impact of the event on
Ajman as it represents a link between the government senior officials and the
businessmen and potential investors in and outside the emirate. Also Al Janahi
showed interest in the success of last year’s event and is optimistic about
this year’s edition.
Al
Janahi reaffirmed AJCCI’s commitment to provide support to entrepreneurs and
investors to boost economic growth in Ajman and the UAE in line with the
leadership’s directives aimed at creating new channels of communications to
drive national economy by attracting investments and businesses from all over
the world. “We are looking to employ the country’s economic competences and
incentives by offering proper infrastructure, easier procedures and a secure
investment environment, in addition to promoting the many initiatives and
projects adopted by UAE-based industry entities to support the economic
sector”, Al Janahi added.
Key speakers at the event will include
Mr. Abdullah Mowaji, Chairman of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Media
professional Mr. Turki al-Dakhil and Mr. Osama Saeed Salman, Vice President and
CEO of Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST). An exhibition that includes
representations from 13 different countries along with local departments will
be held in conjunction with the Annual Networking Event, in addition to an
entertaining educational program and a closing gala dinner.

the past few years, the Annual Networking Event has attracted the participation
of various officials and representatives from the public and private sectors,
establishing itself as a leading networking event for business and investment
in the UAE,”
said Khawla Al Muhairi, Investment Opportunities Director, Ajman

Department, Ajman Department of
Municipality and Planning, Ajman Department of
Economic Development, Ajman Free Zone Authority and Ajman Saray Hotel.

برعاية كريمة وحضور سمو
الشيخ عمار بن حميد النعيمي، ولي عهد عجمان رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة عجمان، تنطلق مساء اليوم "الأحد" ـ الموافق 15 ديسمبر
/ كانون الأول، أحداث "ملتقى عجمان للأعمال" الذي
تنّظمه غرفة تجارة وصناعة عجمان بدورته
التاسعة تحت شعار "معاً مع قادة الأعمال" في فندق كمبنسكي في عجمان.
ويتوقع أن يستقطب الحدث مشاركة ما
يزيد على 1,500 من كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين وصنّاع القرار والمسؤولين التنفيذيين والسفراء
والدبلوماسيين لدى الدولة، إلى جانب المسؤولين والممثلين عن غرف التجارة والصناعة في
الإمارات وكُبرى الشركات والمنظمات. كما يتوقّع أن يزيد الملتقى من حجم
الإستثمارات الخارجية التي تستقطبها إمارة عجمان.
وأكّد محمد الجناحي، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع تنمية الأعمال والإستثمار في "غرفة عجمان"، على أهمية الملتقى كونه يعد
حلقة وصل بين المسؤولين ورجال الأعمال والمستثمرين من كافة إمارات الدولة، مشيداً
في الوقت ذاته بمدى النجاح الذي شهدته النسخ السابقة من الملتقى.
وأوضح الجناحي مدى حرص
"غرفة عجمان" على توفير الدعم لرجال الأعمال والمستثمرين بما يصب في نمو
وإزدهار إقتصاد الإمارة خصوصاً وإقتصاد الدولة عموماً، وذلك في ظل توجيهات القيادة
الرشيدة الرامية إلى فتح قنوات تواصل من شأنها تعزيز الإقتصاد بما يصب في مصلحة
رجال الأعمال وإستقطاب إستثمارات من كافة دول العالم نظراً للمؤهلات والحوافز
الإقتصادية التي تمتلكها الدولة من خلال البنية التحتية وسهولة الإجراءات وإيجاد
بيئة إستثمارية تتّسم بالأمان. هذا إلى جانب المبادرات والمشاريع التي تعتمدها
كافة المؤسّسات والجهات الإقتصادية بالدولة لدعم القطاع الإقتصادي.
هذا ويقام على هامش الملتقى معرض
مصاحب يضم مشاركات من 13 دولة بجانب مشاركات لعدد
من الدوائر المحلية بإمارة عجمان كما يتضمن برنامج الملتقى كلمة لسعادة عبدالله
المويجعي، رئيس مجلس إدارة "غرفة عجمان"، يليها كلمة للإعلامي والصحفي
تركي الدخيل وكلمة للسيد أسامة سعيد سلمان - رجل الاعمال ونائب الرئيس ـ والرئيس التنفيذي
لجامعة عجمان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا،، بالإضافة إلى برنامج ثقافي ترفيهي وحفل عشاء
جماعي بختام الحفل.
من جانبها أفادت خولة المهيري، مدير إدارة الفرص التجارية
والاستثمار بغرفة عجمان ، أن الملتقى تمكّن خلال
دوراته السابقة من إستقطاب حشود من كبار المسؤولين والممثلين عن القطاعين العام والخاص
وبات أحد أبرز فعاليات التواصل المباشر ضمن قطاع الأعمال والإستثمار في الإمارات. هذا
ويقام الحدث برعاية عددٍ من المؤسسات الحكومية في عجمان ومنها دائرة التنمية السياحية،
ودائرة البلدية والتخطيط، ودائرة التنمية الإقتصادية، وسلطة المنطقة الحرة بعجمان،
إلى جانب فندق سراي عجمان.
