Series of
product launches planned for Intersec 2014
International
exhibitors set to launch varied range of products and services into regional
market
Intersec
2014, the leading international trade fair for the safety, security and fire
protection industries, will feature a series of new product launches by
international companies when it takes place in Dubai from January 19th
to 21st.
Organiser
Epoc Messe Frankfurt expects Intersec 2014 to break records in terms of size
and participation. With a 10% growth in overall size from last year, the
exhibition is progressing steadily year on year and will reach the 1,000
exhibitor milestone in 2014 for the first time in its 15 year history. It is therefore
also expected that the trade fair will gain an even more comprehensive regional
footprint than previously.
“Intersec
is acknowledged as the most effective business facilitator for the industry,”
said Ahmed Pauwels, CEO of Epoc Messe Frankfurt. “As such, it is viewed as the
best possible launch pad for exhibitors looking to introduce new products into
the market. This converts positively for regional markets as it helps to ensure
that the very latest technology is being deployed for the safety and security
of people and assets.”
Intersec
comprises four main focus areas: Commercial Security & Information
Security; Safety & Health; Fire & Rescue and Homeland Security &
Policing. International companies participating within the different product
areas have planned product launches around the exhibition, hoping to take
advantage of Intersec’s immense influencing power in the regional market.
