specialist. The service, which is free
for patients, helps to overcome traditional, subjective and often time
consuming methods of finding a doctor through friends and family, word of mouth,

With hundreds of doctors and medical practices
already listed on DoctorUna, and many hundreds more scheduled to come online in
the coming months, the website displays comprehensive information about each
one, allowing quick and easy search by specialty, location, health insurance and

بات حجز موعد طبي عبر الإنترنت يتمّ بسهولة حجز فندق أو رحلة بالطائرة، بفضل دليلطبي إلكتروني هو الأول من نوعه، أصبح متاحاً أمام سكان العاصمة المصرية. ويمكّن هذاالدليل الحيوي، واسمه "دكتورُنا" www.doctoruna.com، سكّان القاهرة من العثورعلى الطبيب المناسب أو الخدمة الطبية المناسبة، وحجز موعد طبي بخطوات سهلة وسريعة.
ويمكّن موقع "دكتورنا"، الذي يقدّم خدماته مجاناً وباللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، المرضىالمستخدمين من النفاذ إلى معلومات عن الخدمات الطبية والأطباء العاملين في القاهرة،وإجراء حجز فوري لمواعيد طبية لدى الأطباء أو الجهات الطبية التي يرغبون بتلقي العلاجلديها. ويساعد هذا الدليل الإلكتروني على التغلب على طرق المرضى التقليدية، التي غالباً ماتستغرق وقتاً طويلاً، للعثور على الطبيب المناسب من خلال الأصدقاء أو أفراد العائلة أوقوائم شركات التأمين التي قد تكون أحياناً غير محدّثة.

وتتاح خدمة حجز المواعيد عبر موقع "دكتورنا" على مدار الساعة من أي جهاز كمبيوتر أوهاتف متصل بالإنترنت، حتى خارج أوقات العمل الرسمية للأطباء والجهات الطبية، ما يمكّنالمرضى من حجز الموعد مباشرة أو إعادة جدولة موعد محجوز، دون الاضطرار إلى انتظارفرصة التحدّث إلى العاملين في خدمة استقبال المرضى.

ويتفق كثيرون على أن الطرق التقليدية لحجز موعد طبية قد تكون مضنية للمرضى وغيرمجدية للأطباء، لكن الأمر مختلف مع "دكتورنا"، الذي يمكّن المرضى من حجز مواعيد طبيةوتأكيدها فوراً عبر الإنترنت، كما يمكن تعديل الموعد بسرعة من خلال الموقع دون الحاجةإلى الاتصال بالعيادة، إلى جانب الاستفادة من المواعيد التي تُتاح للحجز في آخر لحظة نتيجة إلغاء مرضى لحجوزاتهم.

ويؤمّن دليل "دكتورنا" مزيداً من راحة البال للمرضى عبر تأكيده لتراخيص مزاولة المهنةالصادرة عن السلطات المختصة للأطباء وممارسي المهن الطبية.
وانتهى دلال إلى القول: "لا يقتصر موقع "دكتورنا" على كونه دليلاً يسرد قوائم بالأطباءوممارسي المهن الطبية فحسب، وإنما يعتبر خدمة مجتمعية تسهم في الارتقاء بالمستوىالصحيّ للمرضى وتدعيم حياتهم بالمعرفة والثقافة الصحية".
