Dubai, UAE (1^st October 2025): The H Dubai recently joined hands with the UAE Red Crescent to host a meaningful community activation on September 12^th at the Red Crescent’s Dubai headquarters in Al Garhoud. Aligning with the UAE’s announcement of 2025 as the Year of Community under the theme “hand in hand”, the initiative brought together families, children, and volunteers for an afternoon of creativity, joy, and giving back. This community initiative was held in commemoration of the International Day of Charity and Dubai’s Year of Community, bringing joy to children supported by Emirates Red Crescent through a cookie decorating workshop by The H Hotel.

European equities are rallying on Thursday on the back of a cleaner macro mix and a friendlier policy backdrop. The momentum has been building as inflation remains close to target which allows for the ECB to stay put while growth surprises have nudged higher from last year’s trough. That combination—falling real-rate pressure with fading recession risk—compresses risk premia and lifts cyclicals.

However, over the past 48 hours, European stocks have been outperforming, with the STOXX 600 reaching a new all-time high after jumping at the open. Wednesday’s leg higher was healthcare led after headlines around a U.S. pricing deal reduced tail-risk for Big Pharma, with broad gains in AstraZeneca, GSK and peers. A lack of negative drivers in the macro environment in Europe also helped sentiment.

Today’s follow-through has been tech- and cyclicals-driven. A global chip rally—sparked by reports that Samsung and SK Hynix will supply memory to OpenAI—pulled up European semis and equipment names and put the broader STOXX 600 at fresh highs, while autos caught a bid after a broker upgrade of Stellantis. At the same time, a notably weak ADP print stateside turbo-charged Fed cut expectations into month-end, easing rate pressure on duration-sensitive growth stocks and exporters. That mix explains why the DAX 40 has also outperformed: it’s geared to software/industrial tech and autos, all of which benefited from the chip news and easier-policy narrative.

Opposition energy plan 'first step back to sanity'

Responding to the Conservative Party's announcement on energy, Andy Mayer, Energy Analyst at the free market think tank the Institute of Economic Affairs, said: "It is fantastic news that the official Opposition will seek to replace the 2008 Climate Change Act (CCA) in order to prioritise affordable energy security.  "Everyone, bar the current Government, ideologues, and vested interests can see current policy isn’t working. We have the most expensive industrial energy in the world, and second most expensive domestic bills directly as a result of the Act’s legally binding targets for emissions.  "It has encouraged offshoring and undermined investment in our own resources. But has not delivered innovation. The UK is more a buyer of eco-tech than a maker. It has encouraged green finance, but it is underwritten by taxpayers, and has created a lawfare industry for green ambulance chasers using it to block human progress. "It has created a duplicate energy system of renewables and inefficient gas generation for windless nights, requiring much more infrastructure than the old system, adding cost, but not saving the planet from global warming. The imported oil and gas we still need burns even more fossil fuels to reach us, while those selling to us use the proceeds to ‘drill baby drill’.  "The last time any nation made a central planning mistake as large as the CCA, it was the Soviet Union and Gosplan. They at least had the excuse of believing real control had never been tried and were not pretending to be a free country keen on making lives better. "We will need to see more of the Opposition’s plans in detail, and they can expect a furious backlash from rent-seekers, but this is an encouraging first step back to sanity."

1 اكتوبر 2025: كشفت شنايدر إلكتريك، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التحول الرقمي لإدارة الطاقة والأتمتة، اليوم عن محفظتها السبّاقة عالميًا لحلول التبريد السائل الشاملة المخصصة لمراكز البيانات المشتركة فائقة السعة عالية الكثافة، والتي تهدف إلى تمكين المنشآت والمصانع المستقبلية القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي.

 

وتواكب حلول التبريد التي توفرها "موتيفير من شنايدر إلكتريك"، بشكل موثوق وعلى نطاق واسع، احتياجات الطاقة العالمية في مراكز البيانات عالية الأداء ووحدات المعالجة. وتتضمن المحفظة الكاملة للتبريد بالسوائل والهواء البنية التحتية المادية لمركز البيانات، بما في ذلك وحدات توزيع سوائل التبريد، ومبادلات حرارة الباب الخلفي، ووحدات تبديد الحرارة، وألواح التبريد الديناميكية، والمبردات، وغيرها، بالإضافة إلى البرامج والخدمات.

ومع تخطّي القطاع لحاجز كثافة الطاقة عند 140 كيلوواط لكل رف، واستعداده لكثافة مستقبلية تبلغ 1 ميجاواط فأكثر، تزداد سخونة وكثافة شرائح الذكاء الاصطناعي. وتحتاج مراكز البيانات إلى التبريد السائل لتبريد أحمال العمل الأكثر سخونة بفعالية، والحفاظ على تشغيل البنية التحتية الحيوية بأقصى سرعة وكفاءة.

تشمل حلول "موتيفير من شنايدر إلكتريك" للتبريد بالسوائل والهواء وحدات توزيع سوائل التبريد من فئة الميجاواط، ومبادلات حرارة الباب الخلفي ChilledDoor®، وألواح التبريد الديناميكية، والتي توفر تحكمًا حراريًا دقيقًا لرفوف الذكاء الاصطناعي بقدرة 100 كيلوواط وما فوق. كما تضمن هذه الحلول أقصى أداء، مع تعزيز كفاءة الطاقة ووقت العمل لمشغلي مراكز البيانات. وتشمل المحفظة ما يلي:

• وحدات توزيع سوائل التبريد: صممت هذه الوحدات بالتعاون مع أفضل مصنعي السيليكون لضمان تكامل سلس مع الجيل التالي من المعالجات والمسرعات. ويتراوح حجم مجموعة وحدات توزيع سوائل التبريد من 105 كيلوواط إلى 2.5 ميجاواط، مما يجعل هذه التقنية تسبق طلب السوق بسنوات عديدة. واليوم، تتيح تقنية وحدات توزيع سوائل التبريد من موتيفير أيضًا تحسين الأداء الحراري لستة من أفضل عشرة حواسيب عملاقة في العالم، وهي معتمدة لأحدث أجهزة إنفيديا، مع كونها مجهزة بفعالية لمواكبة الزيادات المستقبلية في كثافة الرفوف.

• وحدة تبديد الحرارة من السائل إلى الهواء: تعد مثالية لمسرعات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبيئات التجميع، أو المختبرات التي لا يتوفر فيها الماء بسهولة. وهي تعتبر أعلى الوحدات أداءً في السوق، حيث توفر 100 كيلوواط من تبديد الحرارة في مساحة لا يتجاوز عرضها 600 مليمتر. كما أنها قادرة على إنشاء حلقة مائية لتوليد ما يصل إلى 132 كيلوواط من سعة التبريد - بنسبة 1:1 وبالاستفادة من بنية الحوسبة NVL144 من "إنفيديا".

• سلسلة التوريد العالمية: افتتحت موتيفير مؤخرًا منشأتها الإنتاجية الرابعة في بوفالو بولاية نيويورك في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، كما تعمل الشركة على توسيع قدراتها الإنتاجية في إيطاليا والهند، مما أدى إلى زيادة مخرجات التصنيع ثلاث مرات وتقليل مدد التسليم للعملاء في كل مكان.
