Japanese AI pioneer AVITA joins UAE’s NextGen FDI Initiative to drive its growth in the MENA region

Their decision to establish a presence in the UAE will greatly enhance the country’s technological landscape and support national ambitions to become a regional and global hub for artificial intelligence.

AVITA, which is driven by its mission of “evolving humanity with avatars”, is using a range of AI tools to improve customer service, enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase sales. AVITA’s customer-support platform AVACOM and its educational tool Ava Training utilize avatars that can act as digital representations of real-life individuals, allowing businesses and employees to overcome physical limitations and fostering stronger connections with customers through human-like interactions.

AVITA’s CEO, Hiroshi Ishiguro, is a leading authority in human-robot interaction and received the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Award in 2015. أبوظبي، 21 مايو 2025: انضمت شركة "أفيتا" اليابانية، الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا المتقدمة والمتخصصة في حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي، إلى مبادرة الجيل التالي من الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، التي تهدف إلى استقطاب الشركات الرائدة من حول العالم إلى دولة الإمارات عبر حزمة من أساسيات دخول السوق. وسيقود قرارها بإنشاء تواجد في دولة الإمارات إلى تعزيز المشهد التكنولوجي للدولة ودعم الطموحات الوطنية للتحول إلى مركز إقليمي وعالمي للذكاء الاصطناعي.

 ويُستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي لإنشاء محتوى جديد مثل النصوص أو الصور أو الصوت، بطريقة تشبه إنتاج الإنسان) بالإضافة إلى الحلول القائمة على الأفاتار،.

وابتكرت أفيتا، التي تقوم رسالتها على "تطوير البشرية من خلال الأفاتار"، مجموعة من أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين خدمة العملاء وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وخفض التكاليف وزيادة المبيعات. وتقوم منصة أفيتا لدعم العملاء AVACOM وأداتها التعليمية Ava Training بالاستفادة من الأفاتار الذي يعمل كتمثيلات رقمية لأفراد حقيقيين، مما يسمح للشركات والموظفين بالتغلب على القيود وتوطيد الصلات مع العملاء عبر التفاعل الشبيه بالتفاعل البشري..

ويعتبر هيروشي إيشيغورو، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أفيتا"، أحد أبرز الخبراء في مجال التفاعل بين الإنسان والروبوت، ومن الحاصلين على جائزة الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم للمعرفة في عام 2015. وقد أشرف على تنفيذ العديد من المبادرات البحثية والمشاريع التجريبية في معهد أبحاث مقره دولة الإمارات، أسّسهُ مختبر دبي للمستقبل بالتعاون مع وكالة العلوم والتكنولوجيا اليابانية (JST).
