96% من المؤسسات تقوم بنشر نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي

 

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – 29 أبريل 2025: استعرضت شركة F5 اليوم النفوذ المتنامي للذكاء الاصطناعي وأثره على المؤسسات العالمية، وذلك ضمن جولة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا من مؤتمر عالم التطبيقات (AppWorld) لعام 2025، والذي سلطت فيه الشركة الضوء على الفرص والتحديات المستقبلية المتاحة في هذا السياق.

 

وقال محمد أبو خاطر، نائب الرئيس الإقليمي للمبيعات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وتركيا وإفريقيا لدى F5: "تواجه المؤسسات في الوقت الراهن تحديات غير مسبوقة في إدارة البيئات الهجينة ومتعددة السحابات والمتطورة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والتي تشهد انتشار تطبيقات وواجهات برمجة تطبيقات لا حصر لها عبر بيئات متنوعة. ومن المتوقع أن يتزايد هذا التعقيد بالتزامن مع تنامي أهمية التطبيقات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في هذه الأنظمة الموزعة".

 

وأشار تقرير استراتيجية حالة التطبيقات 2025 من F5 الجديد الذي تم نشره مؤخراً إلى أن 96% من المؤسسات تقوم بنشر نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، في ارتفاع عن الرقم السابق البالغ 25% المسجل في عام 2023.

 

ويعتبر تأمين نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أبرز المخاوف التي تساور المؤسسات التي تقوم حاليًا بنشر هذه النماذج، وعلى الرغم من أن استقلالية أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبحت أكثر من أي وقت مضى، إلا أن الفجوات في الجاهزية التشغيلية لا تزال موجودة. وتشعر 60% من المؤسسات بأنها مثقلة بسير العمل اليدوي، فيما تعتبر 54% منها أن الافتقار إلى المهارات هو من أبرز عقبات تطور الذكاء الاصطناعي.

 

وأضاف أبو خاطر: "يتعين على المؤسسات اعتماد ضوابط نشر التطبيقات (ADC) التي تتخطى مجرد موازنة أحمال العمل التي كانت سائدة في السابق، وذلك في حال أرادت تحسين نشر التطبيقات وحمايتها".

 

وتابع: "يكمن الحل في حزمة ضوابط نشر التطبيقات (ADC 3.0): وهي الجيل الجديد من ضوابط نشر التطبيقات والتي تم تحويلها إلى منصة موحدة ومتناغمة قادرة على التكيف مع التعقيدات التكنولوجية غير المسبوقة والتحديات الأمنية المعقدة التي تواجه الشركات في الوقت الحالي وفي المستقبل. ويتسم هذا الأمر بأهمية خاصة مع قيام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بفرض المزيد من الضغوط على مصادر البنى التحتية وذلك بالتزامن مع الحاجة إلى نقل كميات كبيرة من البيانات على امتداد البيئات المختلفة وتأمينها".

Abu Dhabi Customs collaborates with 7X to leverage Wayn and Waslah services

The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs and 7X, the investment holding group in trade, transport, and logistics, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance collaboration and enable Abu Dhabi Customs’ adoption of 7X’s innovative platforms, including Wayn, UAE’s Digital P.O. Box, and Waslah, the fully integrated logistics and eCommerce shipment management platform. This collaboration seeks to support digital transformation, improve operational efficiency, and reinforce an innovative infrastructure for ideal business operations. 

The MoU was signed by H.E. Miqyas Al Dhad Holds Second Advisory Board Meeting with Regional and International Participation

 

Abu Dhabi, 29 April 2025: The Advisory Board of Miqyas Al Dhad convened its second virtual meeting in Abu Dhabi, bringing together dignitaries and representatives from educational institutions across the Arab world. During the meeting, the developments and strategic direction of the Miqyas Al Dhad programme were discussed.

Currently under development, Miqyas Al Dhad is an innovative scale, which has been designed to advance Arabic literacy among students between grades 1 and 12. The programme is set to officially launch in Q3 2025, with the support of education ministries from across the Arab world. Driving Mobile Growth: GSMA Advocates for Policy Reforms to Enhance Investment in MENA

CAIRO, EGYPT - Media OutReach Newswire - 28 April 2025 – Policymakers and regulators across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) risk missing out on significant economic growth driven by mobile technology unless urgent policy reforms are enacted, according to a new GSMA report presented today at a high-level CxO and policy roundtables hosted by Vodafone Egypt in Cairo. The report, Igniting Mobile Investment in MENA, takes a closer look at how well countries in the region are set up to improve and expand their mobile networks. It highlights key strengths and problem areas in current policies, offering practical ideas to help unlock more investment and enhance mobile access for everyone.

With the mobile sector projected to contribute over $200 billion to MENA’s GDP by 2030, the stakes are high. However, the report finds that outdated regulatory environments including fragmented licensing management, and high sector specific taxation are stifling the necessary investments to expand and modernise networks. At the same time, more than 250 million people remain offline despite being within coverage - underscoring the urgent need for policies that support both infrastructure expansion and meaningful digital inclusion.

“Governments in MENA have set bold digital transformation goals, but the investment climate still lags behind,” said Jawad Abbassi, Head of MENA at GSMA. “This report provides a clear roadmap for reform - enabling mobile to deliver the connectivity, services, and economic growth that societies across the region are counting on.”

At the reports core is the Infrastructure Policy Readiness Framework, a diagnostic tool developed by the GSMA to help policymakers assess the investment-readiness of their regulatory environments. The report evaluates mobile investment conditions in 13 markets across MENA, uncovering shared challenges such as:

• Restrictive licensing models and too short spectrum licence durations
• High and distortionary sector-specific taxes
• Delays in approvals for infrastructure deployment
• Lack of supportive frameworks for network sharing
• Limited provisions for cross-border data flows and innovation

Five Priority Reforms to Unlock Mobile Investment

The GSMA has identified five top policy priorities essential to improving investment climates and accelerating network rollout:

1. Modernise licensing framework to allow technology neutrality and increase spectrum license duration to provide clarity and reduce risk for investors
2. Fair and investment-friendly taxation that encourages infrastructure investment
3. Supportive frameworks for infrastructure sharing to lower costs and expand rural coverage
4. Competitive, open market dynamics to enable efficient investment and consumer choice
5. Regulation that enables innovation and emerging technologies, such as 5G, AI, and cloud computing

القاهرة في- 28 أبريل 2025  - Media OutReach Newswire - استعرضت الجمعية الدولية لشبكات الهاتف المحمول (GSMA) اليوم أحدث تقاريرها تحت عنوان "تحفيز استثمارات قطاع الاتصالات المحمولة في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا" خلال أعمال المائدة المستديرة التي أقيمت في القاهرة بمشاركة المديرين والرؤساء التنفيذيين وكبار المسؤولين عن قطاع الاتصالات في المنطقة. ونبهت الجمعية صنّاع السياسات والهيئات التنظيمية المسؤولة عن قطاع الاتصالات في المنطقة لضرورة تنفيذ سلسلة من الإصلاحات العاجلة، بما يتيح للمنطقة اقتناص فرص النمو الهائلة والاستثمارات المباشرة التي يقودها القطاع. وقد ركز التقرير على مدى جاهزية دول المنطقة لتطوير وتوسيع شبكاتها المحمولة، كما ألقى الضوء على نقاط القوة التي تميز الشبكات المحمولة والتحديات المرتبطة بالسياسات المطبقة حاليًا، كما استعرض مجموعة من الأفكار والحلول العملية التي تساعد دول المنطقة على اجتذاب المزيد من الاستثمارات للقطاع، وتحسين وصول جميع المواطنين لخدمات الاتصالات المحمولة.

تشير التوقعات إلى أن مساهمة قطاع الاتصالات المحمولة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي لدول المنطقة سيصل لأكثر من 200 مليار دولار بحلول عام 2030، وهو ما يؤكد مكانة وأهمية هذا القطاع على المستوى الاقتصادي. إلا أن التقرير أشار إلى أن البيئات التنظيمية الحالية أصبحت متقادمة وتعاني من انخفاض كفاءة إدارة التراخيص وارتفاع الضرائب المفروضة على القطاع، وهو ما يعوق تدفق الاستثمارات اللازمة لتوسيع وتحديث الشبكات. في الوقت نفسه، مازال هناك أكثر من 250 مليون مواطن في المنطقة لا يتمكنون من استخدام الإنترنت رغم وجود تغطية، مما يبرز الحاجة الماسة لسياسات داعمة تساعد على توسيع البنية التحتية لقطاع الاتصالات، وتعزيز الشمول الرقمي بصورة فعالة.

وتعليقًا على هذا التقرير، قال السيد/جواد عباسي، رئيس منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا فيGSMA: "تضع حكومات المنطقة أهدافاً طموحة للتحول الرقمي، إلا أن بيئة الاستثمار الحالية في حاجة لإصلاحات ضرورية. ويقدم تقرير GSMAخارطة طريق واضحة تحدد الإصلاحات المطلوبة، بما يتيح تعزيز الاتصال وتقديم الخدمات بصورة أفضل، والمساهمة في النمو الاقتصادي الذي تتطلع إليه دول ومجتمعات المنطقة."

يتضمن التقرير أيضًا ما يُعرف "بإطار تقييم جاهزية سياسات البنية التحتية لقطاع الاتصالات"، وهي أداة تشخيصية طورتها GSMA لمساعدة صنّاع السياسات على تقييم مدى جاهزية بيئاتهم التنظيمية وقدرتها على جذب استثمارات جديدة للقطاع. ويقيّم التقرير ظروف الاستثمار في قطاع الاتصالات في 13 سوقاً بالمنطقة، ويوضح التحديات المشتركة لدول المنطقة كالتالي:

• قصور في نماذج التراخيص مع قصر مدة تراخيص الطيف الترددي
• الضرائب المرتفعة وغير المنتظمة على القطاع
• تأخر الموافقات على نشر البنية التحتية للقطاع والتوسع فيها
• غياب أطر داعمة لمشاركة البنية التحتية للشبكات
• محدودية التشريعات الخاصة بتدفق البيانات عبر الحدود ودعم الابتكار

خمس إصلاحات عاجلة لتعزيز الاستثمار في قطاع الاتصالات المحمولة
وفي هذا الإطار حددت GSMA خمس أولويات عاجلة لتحسين مناخ الاستثمار وتسريع وتيرة نشر الشبكات كالتالي:

1. تحديث نظام منح التراخيص لتعزيز حيادية التكنولوجيا وزيادة مدة تراخيص الطيف الترددي، مما يساهم في زيادة وضوح السياسات وتقليل المخاطر التي تواجه المستثمرين
2. وضع نظام ضريبي عادل ومحفز للاستثمار في البنية التحتية
3. وضع أطر تنظيمية داعمة لمشاركة البنية التحتية، مما يساهم في خفض التكاليف وتوسيع التغطية في المناطق الريفية
4. تحفيز آليات السوق التنافسية والمنفتحة لزيادة الاستثمار والخيارات المتاحة أمام المستهلكين
5. الحاجة لبيئة تنظيمية داعمة للابتكار والحلول التكنولوجية الناشئة مثل تكنولوجيا الجيل الخامس والذكاء الاصطناعي والحوسبة السحابية

من جانبها أضافت السيدة/ ميكائيلا أنجونيوس، رئيسة قطاع السياسات والشؤون التنظيمية في GSMA: "هذه الإصلاحات عملية وقابلة للتنفيذ، وستقدم لدول المنطقة العديد من المزايا خلال السنوات القادمة. إنّ الأمر لا يتعلق فقط ببناء شبكات الاتصالات المحمولة عالية الكفاءة، ولكن من الضروري أيضًا توفير فرص عادلة للأفراد والمجتمعات والنظم الاقتصادية في المنطقة. ولذلك يمكن للحكومات تعزيز الابتكار، وخلق وظائف جديدة، وتقليل الفجوة الرقمية، وتمكين ملايين المواطنين من تحقيق أقصى استفادة ممكنة في العصر الرقمي، من خلال تطبيق سياسات صحيحة وواضحة."

التزام مشترك بتحقيق التقدم
تم استعراض تقرير "تحفيز استثمارات قطاع الاتصالات المحمولة في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا" خلال أعمال المائدة المستديرة التي شارك فيها المديرون والرؤساء التنفيذيون وقادة قطاع الاتصالات في المنطقة، حيث سلط هذا الحدث الضوء على التوجه المتزايد لدول المنطقة نحو تبني وتطبيق سياسات تعاونية، لسد الفجوة بين طموح هذه الدول وإمكانيات التنفيذ على أرض الواقع، مع التأكيد على أهمية التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص باعتباره أمرًا ضروريًا لنجاح التحول الرقمي في المنطقة.

أكاديمية ياس هيت للسباقات تطلق مبادرة وطنية لاكتشاف الجيل القادم من نجوم السباقات الإماراتيين

مبادرة السبق تستهدف الأطفال الإماراتيين بين عمر 5 – 6 سنوات وتسعى لاكتشاف ودعم مواهبهم

الإمارات العربية المتحدة، أبوظبي – 29 أبريل 2025: أعلنت أكاديمية ياس هيت للسباقات، والتي تتخذ من حلبة مرسى ياس مقرًا لها، عن إطلاق مبادرة جديدة وفريدة من نوعها تهدف إلى اكتشاف وصقل المواهب الإماراتية الواعدة في عالم رياضة السيارات.

تحمل المبادرة اسم "السَبق"، وستُقام فعالياتها يوم السبت 10 مايو 2025 في ياس كارت زون، لتوفر منصة وطنية للبنين والبنات من الفئة العمرية 5 إلى 6 سنوات لاستعراض مهاراتهم خلف عجلة القيادة. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن المشاركة مجانية، لكن يشترط التسجيل المسبق قبل 7 مايو نظرًا لمحدودية المقاعد.

يحمل اسم "السَبق" في معناه دلالات التقدم والتفوق والريادة، ما يجعله اختيارًا مثاليًا لبرنامج يهدف إلى تنمية جيل جديد من أبطال رياضة السيارات. ويتضمن البرنامج يومًا كاملًا من التقييمات، تشمل اختبارات زمنية، وتحديات لياقة بدنية، وتقييمًا للسلوك القيادي على المضمار. وفي ختام اليوم، سيتم اختيار أفضل السائقين الواعدين (ولدان وبنت واحدة) للحصول على مقعد مدعوم بالكامل للمشاركة في بطولات "بامبينو" المحلية، بالإضافة إلى الانضمام رسميًا إلى برنامج تطوير السائقين ضمن أكاديمية ياس هيت للسباقات.
