حقبة جديدة في مجال مواد البناء المستدامة بدبي

 

 

1 مايو 2025 – أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة: أعلنت "ديزرتبورد" (DesertBoard)، الشركة الرائدة إقليمياً في مجال مواد البناء المستدامة، عن تدشين أول نموذج لمنزل مستدام في "دبي كريك هاربور"، حيث تم بناءه بالكامل باستخدام ألواح مصنّعة من سعف النخيل "بالم ستراند بورد" (Palm Strand Board (PSB®)). ويعد هذا الإنجاز محطة بارزة في مسيرة الشركة الصناعية ومقرها الإمارات، مما يؤكد على مرونة التصميم وقوة التحمل الإنشائية لألواح "بالم ستراند بورد" في التطبيقات السكنية.

 

وقامت الشركة بإنشاء المبنى النموذجي المؤقت للحصول على الموافقات من قبل المطورين، إذ تبلغ مساحة المنزل 240 متراً مربعاً ويضم تصاميم لشقق بغرفة نوم واحدة وغرفتين، بالإضافة إلى ردهة استقبال ومدخل رئيسي. وتم استخدام أكثر من 350 لوحة "بالم ستراند بورد" من "ديزرتبورد" في البناء، مما يعكس قوة المادة ومقاومتها للماء، بالإضافة إلى مقاومتها الفائقة للحريق وهي خاصية حيوية للأداء طويل الأمد في الظروف المناخية المتنوعة. والجدير ذكره أن "ديزرتبورد" هي الشركة الوحيدة في المنطقة التي تقوم بإنتاج لب الأبواب المقاومة للحريق باستخدام مواد مستدامة.

 

وقد تم تصميم هيكل المنزل وتصنيعه في أقل من شهر واحد، ويشمل الجدران الخارجية والداخلية والسقف والأبواب وأحواض الغسيل والمطابخ والشرفات، وكلها مصنّعة من "بالم ستراند بورد". يتميز التصميم بتشطيبات عالية الجودة مثل الأرضيات الخزفية والجدران والنوافذ الزجاجية ذات الإطارات المصنّعة من الألومنيوم، فضلاً عن النجارة حسب الطلب من قبل Abanos Interiors باستخدام مواد "ديزرتبورد".

 

ويعكس هذا المشروع ريادة "ديزرتبورد" في مجال مواد البناء المستدامة ويؤكد على قابلية توسع "بالم ستراند بورد" عبر مختلف المناطق المناخية. واستقطب الهيكل اهتماماً دولياً كبيراً خلال معرض دبي للأخشاب، حيث تلقى استفسارات من العملاء عبر مختلف أنحاء العالم ممن أدركوا الإمكانات الكبيرة لمادة "بالم ستراند بورد" في البيئات عالية الرطوبة والطقس البارد. وبفضل ما تتميز به من متانة ومقاومة عالية للماء وخواص متقدمة لمقاومة الحريق، تُمثل "بالم ستراند بورد" مادة بناء عملية ومرنة تُلبي احتياجات مشاريع البناء العالمية المعاصرة.

 

إلى جانب هذا الابتكار، تواصل "ديزرتبورد" حصد الجوائز على المستوى الدولي. فقد نالت الشركة مؤخرًا جائزة Big See تقديراً لمساهمتها في مشروع "ترابط : نسجٌ للحياة ") Tarabot - Weaving a Living)، وهو جناح معماري بتكليف من "مركز جميل للفنون". يهدف المشروع إلى استكشاف التفاعل بين النظم البيئية الطبيعية والبيئات المعمارية، مع إشراك المجتمعات في حوار مفتوح حول قضايا تغيّر المناخ، وتسليط الضوء على الابتكار في الهندسة المعمارية وأبحاث المواد والتصميم المستدام. وقد ساهمت "ديزرتبورد" بشكل بارز في المشروع من خلال توفير مواد مستدامة محلية المصدر، بما في ذلك كتل حيوية بيئية مشتقة من مخلفات أشجار النخيل، مما يعكس التزامها العميق بتطوير حلول صديقة للبيئة ترتكز على الموارد الطبيعية المحلية.

 

وفي الآونة الأخيرة، نالت "ديزرتبورد" جائزة الالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات خلال حفل توزيع جوائز "دبي للأخشاب" الذي عُقد في شهر أبريل، وذلك تقديراً لجهودها المستمرة لدعم الاستدامة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية في قطاع البناء والتشييد. وقد استقبل المعرض أكثر من 780 عارضاً من أكثر من 50 دولة، مما يؤكد على الأهمية العالمية المتزايدة للقطاع. وعرضت الأجنحة المخصصة أحدث التقنيات والابتكارات من مختلف أنحاء صناعة الأخشاب العالمية، بمشاركة عدة دول من بينها البرتغال والغابون والصين والولايات المتحدة والهند وإيطاليا وتركيا وروسيا وفرنسا وألمانيا والنمسا ومصر.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة - 30 إبريل 2025: أعلنت إعمار عن إطلاق النسخة الثالثة من برنامجها للإرشاد المهني، تحت عنوان "الإرشاد المهني المركّز 3.0"، وذلك عقب النجاح اللافت الذي حققته النسخة الثانية من البرنامج، لتجدد بذلك التزامها بتنمية الكفاءات الإماراتية وبناء كوادر مستقبلية مؤهلة وقادرة على مواجهة التحديات. وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن جهود إعمار الأوسع لدعم النمو المهني وتبادل الخبرات، مع التركيز على بناء قاعدة قيادية قوية على مستوى الشركة.

يأتي البرنامج في إطار رؤية السيد محمد العبار، مؤسس إعمار، الرامية إلى بناء مجتمع مهني داعم بين الموظفين الإماراتيين، إذ انطلق البرنامج عام 2023 بهدف تمكين الكوادر الوطنية من خلال بيئة محفّزة للتوجيه والدعم والإلهام المتبادل، ضمن نهج الإرشاد الجماعي. ويجسد البرنامج التزام العبار العميق بصقل المهارات الوطنية ورد الجميل للوطن.

وتحمل النسخة الجديدة عنوان "الإرشاد المهني المركّز 3.0" ليتماشى مع نموذجها الديناميكي الجديد الذي يتيح للمنتسبين اختيار الموجهين استناداً إلى احتياجاتهم التعليمية وتطلعاتهم المهنية ومتطلبات المشاريع التي يعملون عليها. وقد جرى اختيار الموجهين بعناية وفقاً لكفاءاتهم في مجالات متنوعة تُمكّن المنتسبين من تطوير مهاراتهم، وتعميق فهمهم للبيئة المؤسسية، بما يسهم في تحقيق قيمة مضافة على مستوى الفرد والمؤسسة. ويعزز هذا النموذج المخصص أواصر التعاون بين الإدارات المختلفة، كما يوفر توجيهاً أكثر تركيزاً لتسريع وتيرة النمو المهني.

وخلافاً لبرامج الإرشاد التقليدية، يُعد هذا البرنامج مبادرة جريئة واستثنائية ونهجاً فريداً يضع معياراً جديداً لتطوير الكفاءات المؤسسية، إذ يستهدف صقل المهارات بأسلوب تعليمي متكامل يجمع بين الجلسات الصفّية، والتجارب التطبيقية، والحلقات النقاشية، والمختبرات التعليمية، والتدريب العملي، ما يمنح المشاركين تجربة تعلّم شاملة وغامرة.

وقد شهدت النسخة الأولى من البرنامج، "الإرشاد المهني 1.0"، انضمام 66 موظفاً إماراتياً، فيما تضاعف العدد في النسخة الثانية، برنامج "الإرشاد المهني 2.0"، ليبلغ 133 منتسباً، فضلاً عن 23 موجهاً معتمداً من مختلف الإدارات والتخصصات.

ويرتكز تصميم البرنامج على بناء علاقات مهنية هادفة تقوم على الثقة والإرشاد والنمو المتبادل.

وقال السيد محمد العبار: "يتمحور برنامجنا الإرشادي حول تمكين الأفراد لتحقيق كامل إمكاناتهم وغرس ثقافة التعلم المستمر. والنجاح الذي حققته النسخة الثانية من البرنامج يجسّد حماس كوادرنا وتفانيها وتعاونها، ونحن نتطلع لمواصلة هذا الزخم من خلال إطلاق برنامج الإرشاد المهني المركّز 3.0".

وصف الموجهون مشاركتهم في البرنامج بالتجربة المثرية التي ساهمت في تعزيز مهاراتهم القيادية من خلال التواصل مع المواهب الشابة من مختلف الإدارات. والجدير بالذكر أن كافة الموجهين المعتمدين في البرنامج حاصلون على شهادة تدريب وفق منهجية "جون ماكسويل" العالمية للقيادة، ما يعكس التزام إعمار بتقديم أعلى معايير الإرشاد والتطوير المهني.

ومن جهتهم، أعرب المنتسبون عن امتنانهم لما تلقوه من دعم وإرشاد خلال البرنامج، حيث قال أحدهم: "كان لموجهي دور جوهري في مساعدتي على إيجاد حلول للتحديات التي واجهتها في مساري المهني."

ويتجلى الأثر الإيجابي للبرنامج على النمو المهني داخل الشركة، نظراً لأن 75% من المواطنين الذين تمت ترقيتهم في الأشهر الماضية شاركوا في دورتيه السابقتين إما كموجهين أو منتسبين. كما حقق البرنامج تقييماً عالياً في مستوى الرضا بلغ 4.4 من 5، ما يعكس مستوى الثقة والتفاعل الكبيرين بين المشاركين.

وبالتعاون مع شركات عالمية رائدة، تواصل إعمار توسيع نطاق البرنامج ليشمل تطوير المهارات التقنية، بما يضمن جاهزية المشاركين لمتطلبات المستقبل.

وسيقدم برنامج "الإرشاد المهني المركّز 3.0" أدوات متقدمة، ومسارات تطوير مخصصة، وفرصاً أكبر للتعاون بين شتى الإدارات، بالإضافة إلى الشراكات النوعية، والحوارات الملهمة مع رواد المجالات، والتجارب التعليمية التفاعلية، والأنشطة المجتمعية الهادفة لإثراء مسيرة التعلم.

ويُتوقع انضمام نحو 200 موظف وموظفة من أبناء الإمارات إلى هذه النسخة من البرنامج، التي تمتد على مدار ستة أشهر، لتواصل فتح آفاق جديدة للكوادر الوطنية، بما يرسّخ مكانة إعمار كوجهة عمل مفضّلة لدى أفضل الكفاءات المحلية.

Dubai, UAE – 30 April 2025: A delegation from Dubai Land Department, led by His Excellency Director General Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, visited the completed first and second phases of the ‘Rukan’ project, valued at AED 1.8 billion within Dubailand and developed by LMD, a real estate developer with a diverse portfolio spanning the UAE, Egypt, Spain, and Greece. The delegation was joined by Hamad Al Abbar, Managing Partner of LMD, and his team.

 

Rukan is a key project for LMD, offering a range of housing options, including townhouses, lofts, apartments, and villas. The development emphasises a balance between modern living and green spaces, with parks, recreational areas, and amenities designed for families and residents of all types.

 

Commenting on the project, Hamad Al Abbar, Managing Partner of LMD said: “Rukan is designed to offer flexible living solutions, with spaces that cater to different lifestyles. The project’s focus on green spaces and community amenities makes it an attractive option for families.”

 

The Rukan development includes various residential types to accommodate diverse needs; Rukan Villas offer spacious townhouses in a gated environment, while Rukan Lofts provide modern, natural living spaces with expansive balconies. دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة – 30 أبريل 2025: زار وفد من دائرة الأراضي والأملاك في دبي، برئاسة سعادة المدير العام مروان أحمد بن غليطه، المرحلتين الأولى والثانية المُنجزتين من مشروع "روكان"، البالغ قيمته 1.8 مليار درهم والواقع في منطقة دبي لاند.

 

ويتم تطوير مشروع "روكان" من قبل شركة "إل إم دي LMD" العقاريّة، والتي تمتلك محفظة متنوعة من المشاريع في كل من الإمارات ومصر وإسبانيا واليونان. وقد رافق الوفد خلال الجولة حمد العبّار، الشريك المدير في الشركة وعدد من أعضاء فريقه.

ويقدّم المشروع مجموعة متنوعة من الخيارات السكنية تشمل التاون هاوس، واللوفت (الأدوار العلوية)، والشقق، والفلل. ويتميّز بتحقيق توازن بين الحياة العصرية والمساحات الخضراء، مع توفير الحدائق، والمناطق الترفيهية، والمرافق المصممة لتلبية احتياجات العائلات والمقيمين من مختلف الفئات.

Diriyah Company Awards a $1.13 Billion (SAR 4.225 billion) Construction Contract to Relocate King Saud University’s Utilities and Administration Offices within the Diriyah masterplan

Diriyah, April 29, 2025: Diriyah Company has awarded a $1.13 billion (SAR 4.225 billion) construction contract to relocate the existing utilities and administration offices of King Saud University (KSU) within the Diriyah masterplan.

The contract has been awarded to a Joint Venture comprising China Railway Construction Corporation Limited Saudi Branch and China Railway Construction Group Central Plain Construction Co. Ltd (CRCCSA & CRCGCPC). 

Commenting on the announcement, Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo said: “We are delighted to announce this major contract to support King Saud University, whose campus adjoins the Diriyah development area. This agreement marks yet another important step in aligning our efforts to advance educational and infrastructural excellence in the Kingdom. We are proud to support one of the Kingdom’s leading academic institutions in delivering enhanced infrastructure services that will benefit both its students and the broader university community.”

Mr. Li ChongYang as Chairman of China Railway Construction International Group Co., added: “We are honored to collaborate with Diriyah Company on this significant and unique development. This contract reflects our commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We look forward to contributing to the success of this iconic project and supporting the continued growth of King Saud University.”

The overall scope of the contract is for the design, construction and relocation of KSU Utilities & Administration Offices, as well the construction of a district cooling plant; water storage facilities; sewage treatment plant; LPG/SNG plant; diesel transfer pumping station; a utility tunnel; irrigation water storage tanks; office buildings, warehouses, and maintenance workshops.

Within the same area, Diriyah Company is also planning several other assets in the future.

This contract marks the latest in a series of large-scale contract awards by Diriyah Company, as the 14-square-kilometer City of Earth continues to take shape. With this addition, the total value of awarded contracts has now surpassed $2.9 billion since the beginning of 2025.

Backed by the Public Investment Fund, Diriyah is an integrated urban development project that will, once completed, provide homes for almost 100,000 residents, office space for tens of thousands of professionals in the technology, media, arts and education sectors, create an estimated 178,000 jobs, attract almost 50 million annual visits, and contribute approximately USD 18.6 billion (SAR 70 billion) directly to Saudi Arabia’s GDP.

شركة الدرعية تُبرم عقدًا بقيمة ـ4.2 مليار ريال لتطوير البنية التحتية

الواقعة في منطقة جامعة الملك سعود ضمن المخطط الرئيسي لمشروع الدرعية

 

الدرعية، 29 أبريل 2025م: أعلنت شركة الدرعية عن توقيع عقدٍ لتنفيذ أعمال تطوير البنية التحتية لمشروع الدرعية في منطقة جامعة الملك سعود في الجزء الشرقي من المخطط الرئيسي للمشروع، إضافةً إلى نقل مواقع بعض المرافق والمكاتب الإدارية التابعة للجامعة خلال العملية التطويرية. وتبلغ قيمة العقد 4.225 مليار ريال سعودي، وقد أُسند تنفيذ المشروع إلى تحالفٍ مشتركٍ يضم فرع الشركة الصينية لانشاءات السكك الحديدية السعودية المحدودة و مجموعة الصين لبناء السكك الحديدية شركة البناء البسيط المركزية المحدودة.

وفي تعليقه على توقيع العقد، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة شركة الدرعية، السيد جيري إنزيريلو: "نحن فخورون بالإعلان عن توقيع هذا العقد الحيوي الذي يُسهم في تنفيذ أصول المخطط الرئيسي لمشروع الدرعية، التي يقع جزء من حرمها الجامعي بالقرب من المنطقة التطويرية. ويُمثّل هذا العقد خطوةً هامةً في جهود شركة الدرعية المتواصلة لتعزيز التميز في قطاعي التعليم والبنية التحتية في المملكة، كما أننا نعتز بشراكتنا مع إحدى أبرز المؤسسات الأكاديمية في المملكة، وذلك من خلال تطوير خدمات البنية التحتية التي سيكون لها أثر إيجابي على طلاب الجامعة والمجتمع الأكاديمي بأكمله."

ويشمل النطاق العام للعقد تصميم وإنشاء المرافق البديلة لجامعة الملك سعود والمكاتب الإدارية، ويتضمّن تنفيذ مجموعةٍ متكاملةٍ من البنى التحتية الأساسية التي تتضمّن: محطة تبريد مركزية، وخزانات لتخزين المياه، ومحطة لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، ومحطة لتوليد غاز البترول المسال والغاز الصناعي، ومحطة ضخ لنقل الديزل، إضافةً إلى نفقٍ للخدمات، وخزانات لمياه الري، فضلًا عن المباني الإدارية، والمستودعات، وورش الصيانة.
