Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — November 24, 2025: At just 14, Rateel Alshehri has done what many seasoned speakers dream of, captivating an audience of over 20 million viewers across more than 95 appearances in Saudi Arabia and globally. Her voice, calm yet fearless, has become one of the most recognizable among Generation Alpha audiences.
“Curiosity is not a small thing,” she said recently during her opening speech at Biban Global Forum 2025 in Riyadh. “It’s what allows us to see the future before anyone else does.” Most recently, she took the stage to discuss AI & brand storytelling and how Gen Alpha creators are shaping the future of communication.
With a growing social media base exceeding two million followers, she was invited to speak at prominent student and youth gatherings like the Cambridge Global Webinar 2025,where she drove purpose, and leadership, saying: “It’s okay not to know your purpose yet, you’ll find it by trying, not by waiting.”
This year, despite being only 14, Alshehri found herself nominated alongside some of the region’s most prominent creators at the Joy Awards, one of the Middle East’s most prestigious entertainment honors. As the youngest nominee in her category, her inclusion marked a rare moment in an industry typically reserved for adults. This serves as a reminder to young people across the region that ambition has no minimum age, and that their voices can, and should, occupy major stages. Her nomination underscores a growing belief that youth creators are not just inspiring their generation, but shaping the cultural narrative of the region.
Across Saudi Arabia, Alshehri’s presence has grown steadily through collaborations with national institutions including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Media, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Aramco, Monsha’at, and the Misk Foundation.
Her national contributions include delivering a keynote on youth impact at the Ministry of Media’s Influencers Forum, sharing her journey and later moderating a landmark ‘Education & Innovation’ panel at Biban Forum 2024 and 2025; and opening a ceremony honoring entrepreneurial universities. At the Misk Global Forum, she introduced Bill Gates on the main stage and moderated a key session, with a return appearance scheduled for 2025. She also joined the Middle East Campaign Conference to discuss AI, storytelling, and the future of brand identity, and presented a youth-driven view on experimentation and innovation during Entrepreneurial Encounters—an initiative by the Vision of Entrepreneurship Association.

Dubai Future Forum 2025 Unveils Agenda Featuring 70+ Sessions, Immersive Experiences, and Future Innovations
Dubai, 14 November 2025: Dubai Future Forum, the world’s largest gathering of futurists, has unveiled the agenda for its fourth edition, featuring more than 70 keynotes, panels, and activations that will explore the most powerful forces shaping humanity’s future. The two-day event will also include public experiences and award ceremonies honouring global pioneers advancing future readiness and innovation.
Organised by Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) at the Museum of the Future, the forum will convene more than 200 speakers and over 2,500 participants from 100 leading institutions and organisations worldwide. Discussions will span five key themes: Exploring the Unknown, Empowering Societies, Reimagining Health, Optimising Systems, and Foresight Insights.
Immersive Experiences in AI and XR
This year’s forum will expand beyond dialogue to include interactive foresight activations leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR) technologies, including Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) applications — offering participants an experiential glimpse into the frontiers of innovation.
Day 1 Highlights
The forum will open with a keynote address by His Excellency Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, setting the tone for discussions around global foresight, innovation, and human progress.
The opening plenary session — “Building a Regenerative Society: How Do We Redesign Our Foundations?” — will feature Dr Alaa Murabit, Managing Partner at 500 Global, in conversation with Indy Johar, Co-Founder of Dark Matter Laboratories.
A keynote session titled “Governance for the Long Term: How Can We Ensure Intergenerational Fairness?” will bring together Her Excellency Lucie Berger, EU Ambassador to the UAE; Esala Nayasi, Deputy Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat; and Dr Cécile Aptel, Deputy Director of UNICEF Innocenti – Global Office of Research and Foresight. The discussion will be moderated by Dr Florence Gaub from NATO Defense College.
Further highlights include: “Mapping Inner Worlds: Can We Decode Human Consciousness?” featuring Dr Giulio Tononi, Director of Wisconsin Institute for Sleep and Consciousness; Dr Anil Seth, neuroscientist and author; and Dawn Nakagawa, President of Berggruen Institute; and a session titled “Teaching Futures: What Does It Take to Build Foresight Capacity Worldwide?” featuring Sobhi Tawil (UNESCO), Dr Doris Viljoen (Stellenbosch Business School), Dr Kuo-Hua Chen (Tamkang University), and Dr Sohail Inayatullah, UNESCO Chair in Futures Studies.
These also include “Innovation Without Borders: How Do We Unlock the Full Power of Global R&D?” featuring Khalifa Al Qama, Director of Dubai Future Labs; Max Mirgoli (imec); and Carlos Nizam (Emirates Global Aluminium) and Tuya Altangerel from the United Nations Development Programme; and “The Precision Leap: Is Healthcare Ready for the Age of Anticipation?” featuring Dr Yacine Hadjiat (Dubai Health), Dr Jeffrey Glenn (Stanford University), and Tina Woods (International Institute of Longevity), moderated by Dr Andy Poh (University of Birmingham).
Sessions will also explore the intersection of culture, society, and markets, including “The Global Consumer 2035: What Are World Markets Telling Us About the Future?” featuring Linda Arvidsson (H&M Group), Anuradha Chugh (The Bio-Leadership Project), Michael Costigan (Salesforce), and Meabh Quoirin (Foresight Factory); and a session titled “Ocean Breakthroughs: What Futures Await Beyond the Depths?” with Dr Ulrike Pfreundt (rrreefs), Karim Iliya (Kogia), and Dr Juan Antonio Romero (Dubai Economy & Tourism), moderated by Emily Sharp (The Pacific Community).
The day will conclude with the “Dubai Future Solutions - Prototypes for Humanity” Awards Ceremony, celebrating groundbreaking innovations that contribute to building a better future for humanity.
Day 2 Highlights
Day 2 will open with plenary sessions spotlighting cities, nature, and human creativity.
His Excellency Marwan Bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Municipality, will deliver a keynote titled “Urban Futures in Action: What Is Dubai’s Model for People-Centric Cities of the Future?” followed by “From Molecules to Stars: What’s Next?” featuring Dr Nikku Madhusudhan (University of Cambridge) and Dr Lorie Karnath (Molecular Frontiers Foundation).
Later, Anand Varma, of WonderLab and National Geographic Society, will present a keynote titled “A Future with Nature: Why Wonder Is Our Superpower.”
Parallel thematic sessions will delve into foresight as an engine for inclusion and collaboration, featuring discussions such as “From Inclusion to Innovation: How Are Youth Redefining Foresight?”, “Collaborative Foresight: How Can We Create Strong, Lasting Connections?”, and “The Art of Curating Tomorrow: How Can Spaces Enable Inclusive Futures?” with Marina Piquet (Museum of Tomorrow), Megan Tamati-Quennel (Modern Maori and Indigenous Art Curator), and Hassan Ragab (Hsnrgb Studio).
Immersive Experiences
This year, the agenda includes several inspiring immersive installations and creative experiences, including Future Botanica (AR) and Aura Forest (AR), multisensory experiences linking digital nature with physical space; alongside The Art of Change (VR), a hand-painted exploration of identity and memory, and Keepers of the Forest (VR), an immersive journey into traditional knowledge and biodiversity.
Workshops
This year’s Dubai Future Forum will also feature a diverse program of workshops held across the two days of the event. These workshops will explore vital topics such as “How can we Assess the Futures Pulse of Citizens?”, “Scenario Lab: What Happens When Imagination Becomes the World’s Most Valuable Resource?”, “Foresight to Action: What Will the Future of Migration Look Like?”, “Alternative Futures Methods: What Can We Learn from Around the World?”, “Roundtable on Foresight and Scenario Planning”, “The Achievable Futures”, and “Future Narratives: How Do We Harness Storytelling to Empower Societies?”. The program also includes a specialised workshop hosted by the Global Futures Society (GFS), titled “GFS Pitch: What if Connections Became Commitments for the Future?”.
Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity 2025
Alongside the Forum, the Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity 2025 initiative will be held from 17–20 November at AREA 2071, Emirates Towers. Recognised as one of the world’s largest and most diverse gatherings of innovators and academic talent, this year’s edition will showcase the top 100 innovative projects selected from more than 3,000 submissions by students, recent graduates, and professors representing over 1,200 universities across 120 countries.
At the conclusion of the event, five exceptional innovators will be honoured and supported to further develop their groundbreaking ideas and transform them into real-world applications.
Dubai Foresight Awards
The global event will also witness the announcement of the winners of the inaugural Dubai Foresight Awards, launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to celebrate visionary thinkers, innovators, and designers of the future from around the world. The awards highlight exceptional achievements in three main categories: Foresight Changemakers, Foresight for People, and Foresight for the Planet.
Future Stories Awards
The Forum will also host the Future Stories Awards Ceremony, honouring authors and writers whose works inspire new generations of futurists and foresight practitioners around the world.
Book Corner
For the first time in the Forum’s history, a dedicated Book Corner will feature book launches and signings with global authors, thinkers, and publishers, celebrating foresight literature and expanding the dialogue on the ideas shaping humanity’s future.
Learning Days
Preceding the Forum, a Learning Day on 17 November will address five key topics: Foresight & Global Security, Foresight & Strategic Philanthropy, Foresight & Wearable Technologies, Foresight & Urban Resilience, and The Future of Media.

دبي، 14 نوفمبر 2025 :أعلنت مؤسسة دبي للمستقبل عن أجندة "منتدى دبي للمستقبل 2025" أكبر تجمع لخبراء ومؤسسات تصميم المستقبل في العالم، والتي تتضمن أكثر من 70 جلسة رئيسية وحوارية تستعرض أبرز الاتجاهات العالمية التي تشكل ملامح مستقبل البشرية، والعديد من التجارب التكنولوجية والابتكارات المستقبلية والفعاليات الجديدة والجوائز التكريمية لرواد ومبتكري المستقبل من حول العالم.
وتشهد أجندة المنتدى، الذي تنظمه مؤسسة دبي للمستقبل في "متحف المستقبل" يومي 18 و19 نوفمبر الجاري، تنوعاً كبيراً خاصةً مع مشاركة أكثر من 200 متحدثاً من دولة الإمارات ومختلف أنحاء العالم، وحضور أكثر من 2500 مشارك وأكثر من 100 مؤسسة ومنظمة دولية في مختلف مجالات المستقبل.
وتناقش الجلسات الحوارية التخصصية على مدار يومين 5 محاور رئيسية تشمل: نظرة متعمقة في المستقبل، استكشاف المجهول، مستقبل المجتمعات، مستقبل الصحة، مستقبل الأنظمة.

وتنطلق أعمال اليوم الأول من "منتدى دبي للمستقبل 2025" بكلمة افتتاحية يلقيها سعادة خلفان جمعة بلهول الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة دبي للمستقبل؛ تليها جلسة رئيسية بعنوان "مجتمعات المستقبل: كيف نعيد صياغة أسس بناء مجتمعات متوازنة ومستدامة؟".
كما يتضمن اليوم الأول جلسة بعنوان " هل نخذل المستقبل بقرارات اليوم؟" بمشاركة سعادة إيسالا ناياسي، الأمين العام بالإنابة لمنتدى جزر المحيط الهادئ، والدكتورة سيسيل ابتل، مديرة مكتب إنوسنتي بالإنابة – المكتب العالمي للبحوث والاستشراف التابع للأمم المتحدة، ومعالي لوسيل برقر، سفير الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويدير الحوار الدكتورة ﻓﻠﻮﺭﺍﻧﺲ ﻗﻮﺍﺏ، من ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﻧﺎﺗﻮ ﺩﻓﻨﺲ.

وينطلق اليوم الثاني بسلسلة من الجلسات الرئيسية التي تسلط الضوء على المدن والطبيعة والإبداع البشري، حيث يتحدث سعادة المهندس مروان أحمد بن غليطة، مدير عام بلدية دبي، في جلسة بعنوان "مستقبل المدن: ما هو نموذج دبي؟" تليها جلسة بعنوان "من الذرّة إلى النجوم.. حدود جديدة لاستكشاف الكون"، بمشاركة الدكتور نيكو مادوسودهان من جامعة كامبريدج، تحاوره الدكتورة لوري كارناث من مؤسسة موليكيولار فرونتيرز. كما يقدم أناند فارما من وندر لاب – ناشونال جيوغرافيك سوسايتي، كلمة رئيسية بعنوان "كيف يعيد الفضول صياغة علاقة الإنسان بالأرض؟ ".
ويتضمن اليوم الثاني جلسات تركز على دور الاستشراف في تمكين المجتمعات، مثل "كيف يستطيع الشباب تحويل الاستشراف إلى منصة للابتكار؟" و"كيف يصنع الاستشراف التعاوني شراكات أقوى بين المجتمعات؟" ما هو مستقبل الماء والغذاء في عالم محدود الموارد؟ و"كيف نصنع مستقبلاً يصمد أمام الأزمات ويستبقها؟"، و"كيف تسهم المتاحف ومعارض الفنون في تصميم المستقبل؟" بمشاركة مارينا بيكيه من "متحف الغد"، وميغان تاماتي-كوينيل، أمينة فنون الماوري والفنون الأصلية الحديثة، وحسن رجب من استوديو Hsnrgb.
تجارب مبتكرة
وتتضمن فعاليات اليومين الأول والثاني لمنتدى دبي للمستقبل 2025 تجارب مبتكرة وعروضاً مبتكرة بالواقع المعزز مثل "نباتات المستقبل" و"حوار الغابات"، وهما عرضان تفاعليان يجمعان بين الطبيعة الرقمية والفضاءات الواقعية، إلى جانب عروض الواقع الافتراضي مثل "فن التغيير"، التجربة الافتراضية المرسومة باليد والتي تستكشف مفاهيم الهوية والذاكرة، و"حُماة الغابة"، الفيلم بتقنية الواقع الغامر الذي يتناول العلاقة التكاملية بين الإرث المعرفي البشري واستدامة التنوع الحيوي.
ورش عمل
كما تضم أعمال "منتدى دبي للمستقبل" هذا العام ورش عمل متنوعة على مدار يومي المنتدى تناقش موضوعات حيوية مثل تصورات الأفراد عن المستقبل، مختبرات السيناريوهات المستقبلية، الاستشراف العملي، أساليب بديلة للاستشراف، تخطيط السيناريوهات، المستقبل الممكن، سرديات المستقبل، بالإضافة إلى ورشة عمل تخصصية للشبكة العالمية لمؤسسات استشراف المستقبل الدولية.
100 مشروع مبتكر
وعلى هامش انعقاد المنتدى سيتم تنظيم مبادرة "حلول دبي للمستقبل - ابتكارات للبشرية" لعام 2025 التجمع العالمي الأكبر والأكثر تنوعاً للمبتكرين والمواهب الأكاديمية خلال الفترة من 17 إلى 20 نوفمبر في "منطقة 2071" بأبراج الإمارات في دبي وسيتم عرض أفضل 100 مشروع مبتكر من بين أكثر من 3000 مشاركة من الطلاب والخريجين الجدد والأساتذة المسجلين في أكثر من 1200 جامعة في 120 دولة حول العالم. وفي ختام المبادرة، سيتم اختيار 5 مبتكرين استثنائيين وتكريمهم ودعمهم لتطوير أفكارهم المبتكرة وتطبيقها على أرض الواقع.
جوائز دبي لاستشراف المستقبل
كما وسيشهد هذا الحدث العالمي الإعلان عن الفائزين بالدورة الأولى من "جوائز دبي لاستشراف المستقبل" التي تم الإعلان عن إطلاقها العام الماضي بتوجيهات سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، للاحتفاء بالمبتكرين والمتميزين ورواد الاستشراف ومصممي المستقبل وأصحاب الرؤى المستقبلية والأفكار المبدعة من حول العالم، وتسليط الضوء على إنجازاتهم النوعية في ثلاث مجالات رئيسية هي أسس استشراف المستقبل ونظرياته، واستشراف مستقبل المجتمعات، واستشراف مستقبل البيئة.
كما سيتم تنظيم حفل جوائز روايات المستقبل، الذي يحتفي بالكتّاب والمؤلفين الذين يلهمون بكتاباتهم وأعمالهم أجيالاً جديدة من خبراء المستقبل ومستشرفيه.

وتتميز أجندة منتدى دبي للمستقبل هذا العام بتخصيص ركن متكامل لمناسبات إطلاق وتوقيع كتب المستقبل في تاريخ المنتدى مع كتّاب ومؤلفين وناشرين عالميين.
المنتديات التخصصية
ويسبق انطلاق المنتدى، يوم للمنتديات التخصصية في 17 نوفمبر، التي تناقش 5 موضوعات حيوية هي الاستشراف والأمن الدولي، الاستشراف والعمل الخيري الاستراتيجي، الاستشراف والمقتنيات الذكية، الاستشراف والاستجابة المناخية، إعلام المستقبل.
كما يعقب المنتدى، يوم إضافي للمنتديات التخصصية في 20 نوفمبر 2025، التي تسلط الضوء على مواضيع مهمة لمستقبل البشرية تركز على بناء غد مشترك، دروس الطبيعة، رؤية جديدة لعصر الذكاء الاصطناعي، استراتيجيات حضرية جاهزة للمستقبل، كيف نبني مستقبلاً يستبق التغييرات؟، المستقبل يبدأ من الداخل، تحالف عالمي لدراسات المستقبل، إعادة تصور أساليب التواصل، من الرؤية إلى الريادة، قوة المجتمعات، صوت الشباب، من عدد السنوات إلى جودة الحياة، التفكير بعيد المدى والحاضر، تنفيذ المستقبل، استشراف ذكي بموارد محدودة.

Khalifa Fund supports participation of more than 14 Emirati Projects in Sheikh Zayed Festival
UAE, 14 November 2025: Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED) is participating in the Sheikh Zayed Festival 2025–2026, which will be held from November 1, 2025 to March 22, 2026, in the Al Wathba area of Abu Dhabi under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and with the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
The Fund is supporting the participation of more than 14 outstanding Emirati projects, as part of its efforts to support small and medium enterprises’ (SMEs) growth and empower Emirati entrepreneurs. The participation is a testament to KFED’s commitment to reinforcing the presence of national projects at prominent events, increasing networking opportunities with partners and buyers, and highlighting the quality of their Emirati-made high-quality products and services. Furthermore, the participation is also a key aspect of the Fund’s integrated empowerment ecosystem, which includes financial and non-financial support.
The Sheikh Zayed Festival serves as an ideal platform to showcase Emirati projects and introduce the products to new markets in a variety of sectors, including food and beverages, fashion, outdoor supplies, perfumes and incense, owing to the festival’s large public turnout.

Mouza Obaid Al Nasri, CEO of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, said: “Our participation in the Sheikh Zayed Festival is particularly significant, as it is one of the most prominent heritage events in Abu Dhabi and the UAE. The festival seeks to preserve the UAE’s cultural heritage, uphold authentic values and traditions, and renew the pledge of loyalty to the noble principles established by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.”

The list of Emirati projects participating in the Sheikh Zayed Festival, supported by Khalifa Fund, includes ‘Black Cafe,’ which specialises in desserts, light snacks, and specialty coffee for events and government departments; ‘Khairat - Honey and Natural Products,’ which offers premium organic products including coffee, honey, foodstuffs, mineral water, and spices and seasonings; ‘Capri Pizza,’ which specialises in its New York and traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas, pasta dishes, appetisers, side dishes, desserts, and fresh juices; and ‘CRMBZ,’ which offers high-quality dishes, salads, desserts, and beverages prepared in adherence to the highest health standards using natural ingredients. Among other participants are ‘Tekya and Hatab for Traditional Foods,’ which provides a unique experience for enjoying tea and traditional dishes with floor seating; and ‘Peru café’, which offers specialty coffee made from the highest quality of beans.
The participating list also includes ‘Khuyut Naya,’ which specialises in tailoring and sewing Arab women’s clothing and designing various styles of traditional and contemporary abayas; ‘Al Shawamekh for Travel Supplies,’ which offers a full range of equipment and supplies for travel and outdoor activities; ‘Deep Perfume Trading,’ which specialises in oud oil, natural oud, dkhoun, and Eastern and Western fragrances of premium quality; ‘Reeh AlKhazama for Perfumes and Fragrances,’ which specialises in manufacturing and trading incense and perfumes, including French and Arabic incense and scented oud; and ‘Banana Brothers,’ a factory specialising in drying, marinating and packaging meat, and providing catering services, mobile units, and kiosks.
Furthermore, participating projects include ‘Lolli and Pops Traders,’ which specialises in sweets and chocolates from around the world; ‘Ice Cream and Juice Station,’ a brand known for preparing ice cream made with natural ingredients in more than 267 flavours inspired by heritage; and ‘Grill Masters,’ which offers high-quality and professionally prepared recipes and signature dishes developed with local expertise and in adherence to international standards.
